Wonderful Morning with Fusina
Our family of four -- twin 18 year-old boys and their 50-something parents -- had an absolutely delightful time with Fusina in her gorgeous home overlooking the canal. Absolutely everything -- the coffee, the cheese, the pancakes, the wine, the hospitality, the warmth -- was just perfect.

Skip the stroopwaffle shops and book this experience!
An absolutely fabulous and delicious way to experience this symbol of culture in the Netherlands. Not only were the stroopwaffles fresh delicious but we got to learn about their history in an engaging way. This is the best way to experience the wonder of stroopwaffles.

Brilliant afternoon
Diederik was our host this evening in the best quaint wine shop. The wine tasting room is in a hidden area and was very cool. He had so much knowledge and was truly passionate about his craft. We had a great afternoon. There was only 4 of us over all, it was very personal and relaxed. The tasting went on for a couple hours and it was a very lovely afternoon out of the snow. Wines were great, would recommend.

Local insights and fun experience!
My daughter (14) and I had a lovely morning with Fusina making pancakes. She warmly welcomed us into her cozy home. We had a great time learning to make Dutch pancakes - one with caramelized apples and the other with crisp bacon. We enjoyed learning about Dutch culture, customs and food. Fusina also prepared other delicious traditional foods for us to try. We would highly recommend this experience.
