The best dinner cruise we have ever done. I was not sure what to expect but it definitely exceeded my expectations. The evening started off a little rainy, but the sun came out and at the beginning of the cruise we saw a rainbow how wonderful that was that. We were celebrating my husband's birthday, and he enjoyed the cruise much. Seeing Amsterdam at night and going under the bridges and down the canals was epic and beautiful. The food was good, and the wine was flowing. We thought the captain and crew were exceptional. If you have any doubts, don't please book this dinner cruise you will not regret it.

The cruise overall was nice. We had a great table. The food was okay,
I was expecting more of a gourmet style.
Captain Justin & his crew provided me with a special night. He was knowlegable & informative adding in comedic quips. While we cruised through multiple canals his crew served us a delicious meal & plenty of drinks. All in all a perfect ending to a day.
We booked a meal for 2. What isn't explained is you will be sharing tables with other couples. We weren't the only ones unhappy with this. It was a bit awkward at the start. We were expecting a romantic dinner together, instead you are sharing with complete strangers. This should be explained in the booking process.
The other thing is we ordered the meat menu. The other couple were vegetarian and vegan. I could see they were uneasy so all 4 of us tried to work through a slightly awkward situation. I would like to say the couple from Denmark were a lovely young couple.
Boat location easy to find, service was great and food was very good! Touring the canals in Amsterdam is wonderful and boat captain was very informative about the area

Easy logistics (meaning easy to find, easy to transfer from land to boat, etc.) made for a lovely evening on the water. Very good food too!
Everything and everyone was friendly and polite my only complaint is portion size and drinks were warm or hot. American like cold beer and water with their dinner.
We found the food (meat) to be even better than expected. Thought the chef did a very good job with all 4 courses.
While drinks were always available - the failure to have ice was a big negative. Water was warm. Wine was so warm it was not enjoyable.
Bathroom had a puddle in it at the end of the trip.
Was a new boat and they were breaking it in.
Was quite hot - but hard to prevent that.
Pros: This was a great experience for a group, and we really enjoyed the overall atmosphere.
Cons: When I registered, I indicated that I am vegan. Someone even called ahead to confirm how many vegans were in my group of 11, so I expected that my dietary needs would be accommodated. Unfortunately, my dinner included cheese, and I was told, "Everything else is vegan, just not the cheese." At dessert, everyone else received a dessert, but I was told, "The caterer didn't provide a vegan dessert for you - sorry."
It was disappointing that, despite confirming my dietary preference in advance, a fully vegan meal and dessert were not available.
Really good dinner, free flowing beverages. Attentive staff. Only down side was the audio wasn’t great so couldn’t hear all of what the captain was saying about the sites

The canal dinner cruise was fun! We spent two hours cruising through the canals while being served a four course dinner. The captain did a great job of maneuvering the boat around and giving us lots of history about each area. The waitstaff did a wonderful job of keeping our drinks full and serving each course. We were very happy that we booked this tour.
The cruise was superb. The staff was vey supportive and welcoming. The cruise was a nice blend of casual path through the canals while enjoying a wonderful dinner and a nice blend of informative information. What a nice celebration to visiting Amsterdam
My partner and I had a wonderful time. It was great food, the wine was bottomless, and the views were stunning. I enjoyed the captain giving us information about the city along the journey. I would highly recommend it if you're coming to Amsterdam. I would do it again next time.
Food and canal ride were excellent. Staff was very helpful and friendly. Unfortunately, the sound system was horrible! It had so much static we couldn’t understand one thing the captain said. Very disappointing when he’s pointing out places and telling the history and we could understand anything but static noise.
The food was not anything too impressive but the servers were nice and it was a good view. Overall okay

Don’t waste your time or money. Dinner was not good. Food was cold service was slow. However the atmosphere was nice. Wine was good.

This was the worst experience while visiting Amsterdam. The vendor did not have the meals that were pre-ordered and to make matters worse, the meals were stone cold . Cold fish does not taste very good.

Catered for my gluten and lactose free dietary requirements, and staff are very helpful with all your needs
The experience was great, easy to find, fantastic service and delicious food. Only complaint is that there may have been too much tartare
We had 11 people and had a very enjoyable relaxing time as we circled many canals . Unlimitex wine and beet too
While the table space was very cramped, the food was okay but nothing spectacular. The river tour was very nice and interesting.
Very comfortable boat, particularly quiet with its new electric engines.
Crew, including the captain, very warm with each table.

Great experience, delicious food and wine. Our captain/guide Simon was informative and funny. Highly recommend to take this tour early on in your stay so you can get an idea of the areas in the city to visit.
Wrap up warm - it can be cold on the boat especially if you are sitting next to the outside edge of the boat as we were. The food was good - we chose the fish option, starter salmon (quite sparce) in marie rose sauce with potatoes , asparagus soup (was ok), hake on mash potatoes with seasonal veg (good) with a lovely light tiramasu to finish. Very generous with topping up of wine. The commentary from the boat captain was entertaining. Some beautiful buildings were sailed past and overall we felt it was good value.
We thoroughly enjoyed our dinner cruise aboard The lovers boat. The meal was delicious, wait staff attentive and the views amazing. My only suggestion would be that we were seated on the aisle so weren’t able to get pictures of the lovely scenery. Perhaps it might be better to sit couples side by side so each couple gets a chance at a window seat. A lovely evening
