The boat ride was fun, especially the tour guide. He made the journey pleasant and memorable. Unlimited drinks was a good choice too. The pizza was rather cold by the time we received it. Nevertheless, I would always recommend this tour. Was enjoyable.

Great value for money. A relaxing way to spend a couple of hours- drinking, eating and sightseeing!! What’s not to like?
We had a lovely time. We got sat with another couple who were wonderful. We had a lovely tome chatting. Eating wonderful pizza and having some beers. Would recommend!
Fun ride and great pizza, at least the Hawaiian pizza was. It is an enclosed boat so it was a little warm and loud. Overall a good time. Fun to see all the house boats along the canal.
This cruise did not include any guided information. All we did was just sit in the boat and eat pizza. We had no idea what we were sailing by they need to include that in this package
Unable to make it due to traffic. Messaged and called. Office was closed. Got there 10 mins late and no o e there to help. Would like a refund.
We did this cruise on a very hot August evening. Check in and boarding was easy. They scanned the QR, asked what pizzas we wanted and showed us aboard. We waited until sailing for drink service and by then everyone was very hot and thirsty. The two servers had difficulty keep up with requests for water and beer and wine. We stopped to pick up the pizzas after about 30 minutes. The pizza was good. The captain gave a few comments on the sights but most of the time he was quiet. It was an enjoyable dinner on the canals. Would recommend but maybe bring your own water if it is super hot out.

Really lovely tour of Amsterdam. Captain was fun and Whilemina was an amazing host keeping our drinks topped up and giving the tour. Boat was clean and comfortable. You need to be flexible to get on the toilet but it was perfect for us. Pizza was warm and tasty. Recommend.
The location of the boat was not well explained so we went the day before to check it out and glad we did. The pizza was mediocre. The beer and wine kept flowing which surprised me because others said they had maybe two drinks because the service was slow. What was so disappointing was that there was NO commentary from the captain. Came around to ask us how we’re doing one time but otherwise we had no idea where we were cruising.

For a first timer to the city of Amsterdam this was a lot of fun and a great canal cruise. So relaxing and I would definitely recommend this to all. I would do this one again.
This pizza canal cruise says unlimited drinks. Unfortunately the 2 servers were sooooo slow. We got only 2 drinks!!!
Also the cruise mentions 90 min. The captain ended the cruise 20 minutes early. They said they had another cruise to prepare for!!!!!

Fun way to see the city and staff was great! Good pizza and wine and beer. We met some nice people from all over as well.
We were on board 25 minutes before being offered a drink. Asked for a drink 5 mins before cruise ended - told no longer serving. Two drinks, not quite the unlimited we were sold! Pizza okay, views not great as we were in an inside table in a covered barge. Staff were friendly and pleasant.

I went with my daughter and everything ran very smoothly. Staff were brilliant always making sure you had a drink. The pizza was fresh and the views are amazing.

We had a really lovely experience - all the crew were really friendly and great hosts. We were only in Amsterdam for a short stay, so was great to see the city by boat.
We had a great time. Easy to see and stayed warm inside the boat on a cool April evening. Servers were very nice.

It was a Good tour, the Guide was knowledgeable. The staff well turned out and attentive without being intrusive. Pizza was about as good as a frozen pizza, but we weren’t there for the food as much as the sights and beer. There are plenty of places to eat near where the ship docks.

A smooth 90 minute cruise around the canals, humorous commentary from the pilot and really pleasant service from the smiling waitresses on board. Free flowing drinks too …
Only slight room for improvement would be a better instruction for where to meet the cruise.
TOP TIP: sit facing the pilot for the best position to see the sights!

If I could give a zero I would!
We purchased 4 Canal Cruise tickets for Amsterdam The Original Pizza cruise with unlimited drinks in April 2026.
We got the confirmation and tickets. When we got to the pier and tried to check in they did not have tickets/reservation for us. We were told Stromma Nederland has had several problems with Viator transactions. We were not the first. . The cruise was full, we were unable to board. Still working on a refund!

I already was a few times in Amsterdam, but this was the first time that I did that atraction. I really liked and recomended. Even in rainy days, the boot has glas roof.
We saw some important places in Amsterdam.

Nice boat tour with pizzas. The service was ok and fast. Viator should, however, communicate the meeting point (correct pier) better.
I was trying to get there on time .I missed it by a few minutes. I was lost and try to call them and no response.. I can't get my money back.

My mom and I had a great time. Our tour guide was great and knowledgeable. The pizza was good. We had great weather, so that helped as well.
