I was on a 1 hour canal cruise yesterday as well which was good but I liked the smaller group setting and interaction with skipper Lukas as well! He shared interesting and funny info and we saw a lot I didn’t see yesterday. The snacks were very good as was the XXX beer! Highly recommended!🙌

Beautiful tour

Wonderful experience, the staff were extremely knowledgeable about the area and it was just a wonderful trip. We also had an elderly travelling companion who struggled to get in and out of the boat but staff were amazing supporting her and making her comfortable. I would recommend this to anyone who is able bodied and wants to enjoy an experience.

An excellent evening cruise with the skipper, Michael, and Natalia, who was a great hostess. Great nightime photo opportunities around the city including the 7 bridges. Managed a few Heinekens on the trip. The vessel had a W.C. which was very handy. Highly recommended.

Cruising Through History on the Canals of Amsterdam!

Knowledgeable guide that made sure we were confortable with cushions and drinks. Great knowledge of Amsterdam history and offered. Retesting facts of the canal houses and houseboats along the canals. When we received a little rain, she quickly offered umbrellas to make sure we were dry. Great tour for the entire family with teens.

Great tour & great guide

Highly recommend using Captain Jacks canal cruise….we opted for the cruise with no snacks or drinks. I would choose this option again, whilst the drinks & snacks were freely available (to those that had paid for it) I’m not sure the extra cost was worth what you’d realistically consume in 1.5hr. The boat clean & comfortable. There were approx 20 people on out tour - the boat carried a max of 30 - so a good size. The staff were welcoming and our guide (a local) clearly loved his job and was really knowledgeable.

Great family night!

Great evening on the water in Amsterdam! Captain Dan did a fantastic job providing information about the history of the city and answering questions, especially from our curious kids. 7:30 was the perfect time to see the city in many lights as well. Drinks and light snacks were great too. Would highly recommend!

Our captain was friendly and interesting - lots of fun facts as well as historical information about the canals and areas that we passed through. I've done other canal trips that just had recorded commentary - this one was a mixture which made it much more engaging. Would definitely recommend this company
