What a wonderful evening- we saw the beautiful sites, had wine and appetizers and made new friends. It was an amazing experience and our guide and the boat were wonderful. Highly recommend this fun activity.

We really enjoyed this quiet evening cruise on the canal with a very friendly guide. Our guide was knowledgeable and provided recommendations for local places to go. It was definitely worth the price for such a beautiful night.

Just awesome. What a great guide and an unforgettable tour. It was romantic and funny all at the same time. He took us under the skinny kissing bridge, and I laid a kiss on my girl right there—perfect moment. Drinks and food were fabulous. Couldn’t have asked for a better evening. 9/16/26 at 7pm.
Sven our guide and driver was amazing so knowledgeable, funny and kind. We found out so much about the city and the culture. It was stunningly beautiful at night despite the rain. We would highly recommend this tour and Sven.
It was pleasant and peaceful but not extraordinarily so. The guide was thoughtful and gracious but didn't provide a great deal of commentary, Perhaps that's because we travelled through several quiet residential neighborhoods. Perhaps it was because he carried on lengthy conversations in Dutch with the group of young Dutch people (all English speakers) while leaving the 3 English speakers to ponder the sites on our own. To his credit, he did point out main points of interest. And again, the experience was pleasant. But it could have been so much better if the guide had had fuller engagement with ALL of his guests. Lastly, be sure to note that drinks are not included in the basic price. You must add a drink option to your ticket or just pay per drink if you prefer. We can recommend the trip but not with high enthusiasm.
We had great and relaxing time. Our cruise director had a lot of good information. He had a great sense of humor. It was great to choose the drinks we wanted. The prices were reasonable. He also provided us with good Dutch snacks. Gouda cheese of course and cheese crackers.
It was very pleasant cruising through the canals. The quality of the wines were surprisingly good and plentiful if you had the drinks package. They served a nice platter with some cheese etc.
The picture shows an enclosed boat, ours was open which was great because it was a beautiful evening. Perhaps they run the enclosed boat when it is rainy?
Great fun and good service. Boat was spacious and covered for all weather. Meeting place easy to find on a quiet street. 9:00 pm cruise is perfect if you want to capture both sunset and twilight hour. One of the longer canal cruises…2 hours instead of typical 90 mins.
Our captain host was very accommodating….individual charcuterie boards were given to each passenger, and with drink package, refills flow.
I did a lot of research before selecting this company. You won’t be disappointed. Classic, clean and covered canal boat.
Very relaxing and scenic - skipper was personable and knowledgable of local scenes and customs. Snacks were a nice addition to the cruise.
Tour was good enough. Skipper was ok with some commentary, but also interested in pushing drinks he sold on the boat. It was a way to ride through the canals and see all the tourists and some locals doing the same.
Our guide A was so engaging and knowlegeable and the boat was small enough to be personal. Such a great introduction to Amsterdam

This would have been a 5 star review but we got there at 8:00 for our 8:15 cruise but after waiting we called the office to find out that the time had changed to 9:00 pm. We were never informed. 🤷♀️ The skipper ((Sven) was exceptional. He made our evening wonderful.
We loved our tour. Sven was great. There was a nice selection of wine, champagne, beer, and soft drinks available and the cheese board was a nice touch. Seeing the city from the canals at night was a fun way to see a lot of the city, especially if you don’t want to walk. We highly recommend this tour!
It's a lovely way to see Amsterdam. The boat itself is small, intimate and comfortable. We were supplied with snacks and drinks throughout the tour. Our guide Sven was informative and entertaining. Happy that we went at sunset, when the colours and lights of the city change.
Fantastic Night Canal Cruise in Amsterdam!
Our guide was born and raised in Amsterdam and it showed! He was friendly, honest, genuine, self-deprecating, and genuinely funny. He shared great history along with personal anecdotes that I could actually relate to, which made the whole tour feel much more personal and enjoyable.
We booked the 9:00 pm slot specifically to see the city lights, and it was the perfect choice. Having already seen the daytime views, the nighttime contrast was beautiful and really highlighted the canals in a whole new way. The snacks and drinks provided were just the right amount, especially since we had already eaten dinner beforehand.
My wife, her sister, her husband, and I all thoroughly enjoyed the full two hours. It was a highlight of our trip!
**Only tiny suggestion:** Adding some soft background music would enhance the ambience even more. Other than that, it was excellent – highly recommend!

Time flew by and we saw a lot of interesting sights.
A wonderful way to start our Amsterdam trip! We learned a ton, the wine and snacks were delicious, and we had a great time chatting with the people on the boat. Our captain was knowledgeable and hilarious. Highly recommend!!!
We really enjoyed our canal cruise with our guide, captain, and bartender, Able, at the helm. The nibbles were tasty and there was a nice selection of drinks.
Boat ride started off nicely with snacks and wine. You pay for drinks and they have good selection. Snacks are free. It is open boat that can seat 12-15 so best for nice days. Unfortunately the boat stopped working on way back so we were let off early. Fortunately for us, it was close to our hotel

Loved this tour. Beautiful evening. The boat was cozy, lovely food and drink, and our skipper was outstanding!
So easy to book and the directions were really clear, making the pick-up point simple to find. The boat was clean, cosy, and super comfortable. The Dutch snacks were a hit and it was very easy to grab a drink along the way.
The best part was our captain — a young guy but incredibly knowledgeable. He told us all about Amsterdam, its history, and the stories behind the incredible buildings and canals we passed. He made the whole experience so interesting and enjoyable.
We absolutely loved our time on this tour and would highly recommend it.
We had an incredible nighttime canal ride in Amsterdam! The city looked absolutely magical under the lights, and the whole experience was smooth, relaxed, and full of great stories. Abel was on top of his game — engaging, funny, and incredibly knowledgeable about the city’s history and hidden gems. It felt like we were seeing a completely different side of Amsterdam. Highly recommend this experience to anyone looking for a memorable evening on the canals!
