Your ticket did not work and you over charge for your service and take advantage of people even after reaching out for help

There is a movie you can watch. Otherwise it takes about a half hour to see the actual exhibit. Exhibits are interesting and done very well. Can’t believe I have never seen this area of the memorial after all these years in the area.

The experience was amazing. We saw on social media this was a new activity and museum in DC. Well worth it, we enjoyed the exhibits. They have provided the pdf entry with ebook.

It was interesting to see below the Lincoln Memorial but very limited display. It seems like it is just in the beginning of being ready. Would have liked to go deeper below and felt there should have been more displays and facts on how this was built. Should have been free for what we saw.

I have been here at site since 10:300 for 11 tour. I have text tour guide through Viator with no answer. What is going on?

I love the Lincoln memorial and was excited to see this new museum. I expected to see more and information about Lincoln and his presidency during the civil war.

This is not a tour and tickets are FREE at the Entrance of the Lincoln Memorial Undercroft. We have yet to open the digital Guidebook, which is probably the same information you see as you walk through the Museum. Also, I was bombarded with emails that said my tickets were available and to click on the button to receive them. This was confusing to me because I kept getting the same email over and over. When I clicked on the Get Your Tickets Now there were no tickets. Someone is making a profit by selling tickets they got for free.

Took less than 15 mins. It’s a free activity so don’t pay for a ticket. Nothing inside worth paying for. No guided tour

We spent about 1 hrs there and it was enough time to watch the short video and enjoy all the exhibits. The exhibits are video, audo and model designs and so they appeal to a broad section. It is very well done and I would highly recommend it.

I purchased two adult tickets the day before the event but still had not received them by 4:00 PM on July 1, 2026. I spent an hour, from 3:00 PM to 4:00 PM, texting customer support about the missing tickets because they refuse to take phone call. Eventually, another representative called to apologize and informed me that I would receive a full refund within 5–7 business days.
After arriving at Lincoln Croft, I was denied entry because my tickets had never been issued. This was extremely frustrating. Not only did I pay for the tickets, but I was shocked to discover that the tickets were apparently unavailable. The experience felt like ticket scalping, a practice that is illegal in many situations and jurisdictions, because tickets were sold to me but were never delivered. Overall, this was a very disappointing experience, and I would not recommend purchasing event tickets through Viator based on my experience. I used Viator for many events in the past, I am surprised they allow third party to promise delivery tickets like Lincoln Croft which Viator can’t deliver to their customer.

This company sells the tickets before they secure them! Don’t bother buying them. They would have known the day before my tour time that they did not have tickets for me, but they did not let me know until the morning of. That is a massive inconvenience when you are traveling in a city like this and have a very scheduled itinerary. They told me they would try to secure tickets for the following day and I realized they were just going to get on wreck.gov and try to secure them the same way I could for free. I was able to secure my own tickets and get a refund. These companies buy up all the tickets and then sell them so then they’re not available to the public for free. This is such a scam of a business model.

Hi Jamie, we only reserve the tickets of reservations we receive online. This is a concierge ticket service for someone who don't want to wait on the line or don't want to think about it or stress. It might be not for you but you provide a lot of misleading and wrong information.
