Very disappointed with this tour. We booked a tour with a guide and all he did was rush us into the museum and say go up the stairs. There were several people that also thought they had booked a guided tour. The app he told us to download didn’t work. The only guided part was dumping us in the Musem and leaving us. We then had to buy audio to use and figure out our own way around. I was with my 82yr old mum.

Very very busy and we barely got vip access. Had to meet at a place to collect tickets and then 10 minutes before we were chauffeured to the door where we joined a big queue!

Man fick hjälp att komma in vilket sparade lite tid. Museet är oerhört stort och drt blir nästan svårt att ta till sig om man inte bokat en guide vilket vi inte hade gjort. Sixtinska kapellet är trångt och man jagas nästan igenom det men är ju fantastiskt vackert.
