It’s a great overview tour of St Augustine. The harbor tour was especially nice.
I would give it five stars but for the fact that our row on the golf cart had three people across, and the seats are really designed to seat two people comfortably, maybe two adults and a small child. It was uncomfortable. However, every other detail was enjoyable!

Our guide was informative, loving and so helpful. It was a delight. Even offered to take photos at certain sights

We had our tour host all to ourselves and it was great. He was able to go into so much detail about St. Augustine’s history. Loved it.
Response from Host, Jun 2025
Thank you Tim

The tour was amazing and our tour guide Wendy was very friendly and knowledgeable about the history of St Augustine. She also gave us some great recommendations for restaurants in the area which we also tried and they had excellent food and service.
The boat tour was also great the crw where friendly and very knowledgeable about the area as well. We got to see Bottled nose dolphins on our cruise with them.
We love St Augustine and ended up extending our stay and extra day as there is so much history here and so many experiences to enjoy. We highly recommend this tour and a visit to St Augustine.

Now all you would need is to do a ghost tour. Thank you
Susan_S, Apr 2025
Delightful boat tour followed by the golf cart tour, which took us to places that the Hop-on/Hop-off bus did not go. Our tour guide Wendy was professional and friendly. Don't miss this one.
Response from Host, Apr 2025
Thank you for your comments Susan, you may want to try our Riding with the ghost tour to experience the dark side of the oldest city.

Robert’s understanding and knowledge of St Augustine history was commendable! His golf cart tour of St Augustine comes highly recommended! The addition of the hour long water tour was well worth it with Captain John! Great to see St Augustine from the water along with the many dolphins we encountered!
Response from Host, Apr 2025
Hi Wayne, you perfectly summarized the experience. there are enough sites to visit on the land portion but seeing the harbor and the proximity to the Atlantic Ocean kind of explains why St Augustine. Thank you
Linda_W, Mar 2025
Robert was wonderful on our land tour. Very knowledgeable and friendly. Kept us engaged the entire tour.
Boat tour was ok. Couldn’t hear the tour guide of make out landmarks.
Response from Host, Mar 2025
Hi Linda, on the boat where you seated on the upper or lower deck? I’ll pass along to the boat operator. Thank you for your review.
Linda_W, Jan 2025
Robert was a wonderful guide. So knowledgeable. We also enjoyed the boat ride and crew. We were the only two on the tour so appreciated that they did not cancel.
Ann_T, Jan 2025
Nice mix of history! The tour operator of the land tour was EXTREMELY knowledgeable and interesting. She was prompt and made everyone feel welcomed. The boat was fine...nice to see the sites from water.
Gilberto_A, Dec 2024
All was great until we were double booked and driver was trying to fit 12 people in a 10 passenger cart
Response from Host, Dec 2024
Hello Gilberto, unfortunately we lost the ability to use one of our three carts last week. Even though our larger carts can accommodate 13 passenger we normally carry up to 9 during Nights of Lights to provide more space to our guests. In order to avoid canceling the affected tours we have hired several tour operators to assist with the load and in some occasions have to load up to 12 passengers on our NOL rides. This is the absolute worst time to have lost one of our carts considering the demand generated by the Xmas season in St Augustine. In spite of this I hope you were able to enjoy the experience. Thank you

Our tour guide Cindra was fantastic! She gave us a comprehensive and fun tour of St. Augustine. The boat tour was informative and an added delight! I highly recommend both tours!
Response from Host, Aug 2024
Cindra is fantastic you have to see her in costume during Nights of Lights
Sally_O, Jul 2024
We had a very nice time with our guide. Funny and nice guide. She did a very nice job and got us to the boat on time
Response from Host, Jul 2024
Thank you for your comments.
Fanny_K, Jun 2024
Both boat & golf cart tours were difficult to hear but we still enjoyed it. A lot of history to learn
Response from Host, Jul 2024
Thank you for your feedback. Glad to see you enjoyed the experience in spite of these issues.

Our golf cart guide was very knowledgeable about the history of the city. We were able to go down the smaller streets thanks to golf cart. The boat captain was also very knowledgeable for being so young. It was a perfect way to see the nations oldest city. Definitely recommend it.
Peggy_O, May 2024
Wendy was very knowledgeable and everyone on the boat was so courteous, even providing a wheelchair for my mom to the street.
Petey_B, May 2024
Bob our golf cart driver/tour guide was knowledgeable, thorough and fun! The captain of the Victory III did a fantastic job. The best part of the boat outing was the dolphin sightings and watching the children take their turn as captain!!
Robbie_T, May 2024
We had an excellent tour guide 🙌 he was very helpful and went above and beyond. Nice to have such knowledgeable guides
Billie_R, May 2024
Wendy was very knowledgeable! We loved learning the history of St. Augustine. The evening tour was beautiful with all the lights!
William_S, May 2024
Great host on cart and boat. Very informative and a lovely city to explore. Golf cart host went above and beyond to make our visit so nice.
Response from Host, May 2024

Denise_M, Apr 2024
Our guide, Wendy, was great! She had extensive knowledge about St. Augustine, and she was able to communicate her knowledge in a clear and interesting way. The boat tour part was not that impressive, but the golf cart part of the tour was spot on. I would recommend this to anyone just landing in St. Augustine for an informative introduction to the city.

Unfortunately due to traffic on Saturday we were unable to make the meet time so did not get to have this experience. We were coming from Cresent beach and left at 2:50 but due to backed up traffic didn’t arrive until 3:55 and was unable to find parking.
Angeli_M, Apr 2024
Unfortunately, we experienced misinformation and a lack of communication about the logistics of the tour.
Once we bought the tickets an email was sent that said we are meeting at one place and ending at a totally different place. When I contacted the tour operator I was told that the tour starts and ends at the same place. I then had to contact the operator again and ask where we were supposed to meet since I had two separate addresses. The address given ends up being in a gazebo in the middle of a plaza. At 6:00 when the tour was supposed to start, there was still no one there to meet us. We then walked up to a random golf cart that was parked on the opposite end of the plaza. We asked the driver if she was out tour. She looked confused and said, "Oh, so there is a tour." She then proceeded to check her phone to find out if anyone else was supposed to come since she didn't even know about us. This is how our tour started. After she checked her phone for a few more minutes, she confirmed that no one else was on the tour and then started to drive. We literally drove less than a quarter of a mile to the boat dock. She left us to go get the tickets, walked us out to the pier and said, "See that line over there by the Liberty three boat? That is the boat that will take you on the boat part of this tour." I looked at her questioningly and when no other information came out of her I had to ask her what her name is and what is going to happen after we get back. This tour guide didn't even introduce herself to us. She didn't tell us how this tour works. Her plan was to literally drop us off at the boat and walk away. Once I started asking questions, then she gave us a little bit more information about how after the tour she will then take us in the golf cart and tell us the history of the area. So then I relaxed a little knowing that there was a plan that somewhat resembled the description of the tour. After standing around for about 10 minutes at the dock I finally asked a person in line when the boat was supposed to leave. The boat was not going to leave for another 35 minutes! So basically we met the lady at 6:02. She dropped us off at the dock by 6:08. She then left without telling us that the boat would not even leave until 6:45. Why did we need to meet at 6:00 if the boat did not even leave till 6:45? And to be honest we could have just met at the pier instead of having her drive us less than a quarter mile. This was such a waste of time and we only had a few hours in St Augustine. The boat tour was great. There was a lot of information and it covered the entire Bay. It was about one and a half hours long. We then get off the boat and we meet our guide again. She has a lot of information about the area and she is totally pleasant. The problem is by now, our two hour tour is already into 3 and 1/2 hours because we spent 40 minutes of it standing on a dock. It's dark and hard to see the details on the buildings that she talks about. The city is pretty at night but it would have been better for us if it was just after sundown so you can still see all the lights but still see the details of the buildings. She dropped us at our car which happened to be about 50 ft from the starting point. The tour itself is great but the lack of communication and unexpected extended amount of time it took, really messed us up since we were starving and not expecting to still be with her 3 and 1/2 hours later. This would have been a complete disaster if I had young children with me.
The idea of a small group for a tour appealed to us but I feel like because it was only two of us, we weren't treated as well as a full golf cart of people would have been.
Deanna_R, Apr 2024
Nice trip with great tour guide. I liked having the golf cart over the trolley as less people. Highly recommend.
Christine_D, Mar 2024
Enjoyed the land portion and the tour guide. It was a chilly windy day and the boat tour was hard to hear inside but enjoyed the sites
Deborah_B, Mar 2024
Golf cart tour was excellent. Lots of additional info beyond the major attractions.
The boat tour was ok.
Elizabeth_C, Mar 2024
Our tour guide was very knowledgeable on both the golf cart tour and water portion.
We seen lots of dolphins during the boat tour.
Frank_M, Mar 2024
First, the tour guide poorly communicated when and where to meet. I had to reach out the night before to determine this info...then I got an email 45 minutes later. Thankfully I gave him my cell number, because he text me the morning of to postpone the tour due to weather (I give him credit for this call). We went the next day. He 'crammed' ten people on a large golf cart; one couple couldn't sit together. The tour guide was nice enough, but he had mostly pre-recorded tour information playing in the cart, not his own voice. I would recommend this tour because a large golf cart can maneuver the small streets of this city, where a large trolley or bus could not. The boat portion was the tour guide dropping us off at a marina to climb aboard a large tour boat we could have booked ourselves...we've had better.

Truly enjoyed today's tours. Nice cruise around the area and a very informative golf cart tour. Would really recommend this to first time visitors to St. Augustine.
Response from Host, Feb 2024
Thank you for your feedback. A golf cart or electric bus tour is the best way to learn about St Augustine.
Laine_M, Jan 2024
We enjoyed the boat tour but the golf cart tour was perfect for our first day to familiarize ourselves with the area. The guides are very knowledgeable!
Response from Host, Feb 2024
The best way to begin your exploration of the oldest city. Thank you
Michelle_P, Dec 2023
Excellent experience, our tour guide Chase was fantastic. Great way to see the area and learn about both the land and sea historical importance and influences. I liked the intimate golf cart experience taking us around, but if you wish to take time and visit inside each place then the hop trolley is probably better for you.
