Cancelled well in advance. Charged anyway. Contacted Viator multiple times, they confirmed cancellation but refused to help further, said I need to contact boat owner directly I’m obviously not in St Augustine and have been unable to find contact info.

Support staff was great. Very hospitable and made sure guests were offered drinks and snacks often. Beautiful route and sunset! Musicians were excellent! The only disappointment was that they were a full boat and there were no places for myself and my family to sit. I informed the captain who told me to just ask people to move in so we could sit. I had done that but there still was not enough seats. I felt it was his job when he did his welcome and intro speech to ask people to kindly move closer to make enough room for my family who was standing. They clearly overbooked. The captain was also not very kind about it all and was not at all engaging with the guests. The servers and musicians were great though!

Friendly, personable crew! Love that there's a "roof" in case of any rain. Music was awesome- everything you know the words to! Saw a bird in (man made) distress and crew was on it to find someone to help it. Perfect amount of time!

I had a birthday celebration with my two adult daughters. This was the perfect way to end our trip. So much fun! Drinks, lovely sunset, good music, personable crew, great views!! This was the highlight of our vacation.

Be careful when making your reservation that you are getting the boat that you want. We were suppose to have a catamaran but had a large pontoon instead. Crew was great but the atmosphere was certainly not what we expected. Very crowded.

While it is a smaller boat, we have found the smaller guest count makes for a more intimate experience, which many guests enjoy. Apparently it was the off season and we did not get the real experience it usually is. We were not on an actual Catamaran. They put us on a small boat that just made circles around the marina area!!! Very huge disappointment and a huge waist of our time and money!!!!

Once a year our boats are pulled from the water for routine maintenance. We notified all guests via email and text of the alternate vessel, our 45’ Power Catamaran. While most guests were completely fine with this switch, the few that were not rebooked to later in the spring or cancelled for a refund. The Live Music Sunset Tour took the same route it would have on the 65’ sailing catamaran. We do regret the misunderstanding and hope you will join us in April when the big cat goes back in the water!

I had such an amazing time on the St. Augustine live music cruise! From the moment we boarded, everything felt relaxed, organized, and welcoming. The views of St. Augustine from the water were absolutely beautiful, especially as the sun started to set — it made the whole experience feel extra special.
The live music was the perfect vibe — fun and laid-back. The drinks were great, and having the option to sip something while watching the sunset over the water was honestly the highlight of the evening.
If you’re looking for something scenic, social, and a little different to do in St. Augustine, this cruise is 100% worth it. I’d definitely do it again!
