After having had a prior disappointing private tour the day before I was extremely skeptical of this tour. I was so pleasantly surprised to not only enjoy the experience but to learn so much about St. Augustine’s multi- faceted history. All the credit goes to our tour guide Tom. I’ve been in countless tours all over the world but can honestly say that Tom’s ability to bring a city to life for his customers is top notch. First he was pleasant and put us at ease. Then he explained what we were going to cover and why. Then throughout the 90 minutes proceeded to share wonderful stories of the history of the city that was both captivating and educational. I couldn’t believe how quickly the tour came to an end. In addition, Tom was nice enough to come pick me and my 97 year old mom up and drop us off at our hotel which was close to the tour operator’s location. Private tours are pricey and as customers we have high expectations and expect to get our money’s worth. In this case, Tom ensured we did and I feel went above and beyond. I would highly recommend you ask for Tom if you are looking for a great and informative private tour in St. Augustine. You won’t be disappointed! THANK YOU TOM! Thank you for listening!

Absolutely lousy. Waste of money. We have done this tour several times over the years with various companies. By far, this was the very very, very, very worst and I would not feel comfortable what is knowing any of my friends or family were to book.

Very Adult oriented. We did not know that children under 7 were not allowed since it said that way down on additional info. Should have stated that at the top of the description. That being said, only 3 of us got to go since my son in law had to stay back with 2 young grandkids. Our driver, Tom, was extremely knowledgeable and gave us an excellent narrative of the history of the city and its entrepreneurs of the 19th century. It is a perfect way to learn about the city without any walking.
