Taking a tour of St. Augustine in a large golf cart is the perfect way to see the city. The small streets in the historical district means you get to see places where the larger tram trains and buses can't go. The access to parking is a major plus in a city where finding parking can be difficult.

A complete waste of a day. Total incompetence of Viator

We drove 2 1/2 hours for this trip . We were booked for the 1:45 excursion. We arrived early and waited in the hot sun for a bus that never came. At 2:00 I called Viatour to find out (after waiting a long time on the phone] that they were not coming!! their excuse was that someone on their end didn't send a message to the operator of the tour!!! I have used viatour all over the world, but never again. My family was so disappointed and we wasted over 6 hours for nothing. I think they should at least compensate us for our gas. I am so angry and disappointed because my family wasted an entire day in the car for a trip they wanted to go on , and because of Vator' incompetence our day was ruined.

There was no way for us to know you were coming due to Viator having a connection (API) issue that we were not informed about from them. We did not see a tour in our system (FareHarbor), we would love to make it up to you with a tour on us, just call and let us know when. Our apologies for your bad experience with Viator, but we do find it unfair that we are the ones getting a 1 star review, when we aren't the ones that should be held accountable for this. Viator definitely is to blame. Please, to anyone reading this; to avoid Viator not doing their job, please go directly to our website by searching for our business name: Pineapple Ride and Tour. Book your experience directly with us and avoid this situation from ever happening. If you do book a tour on here, be sure to reach out to us directly to confirm you tour.

St Augustine no tour

Per tour operator who never showed up for the tour, Viator never sent the reservation nor the payment to them. We got there with my 91 year old mother, the entrance was blocked with a tow truck so we had to find alternate parking and walk. When we got there, the tour operation place was closed as they were not expecting us. Logan from Pineapple Tours returned my phone message last night and said I had to call Viator which I did. Now waiting on Viator to reimburse my money and apologize for this fiasco. We drove 4 hours round trip to do this and let's just say not a good experience.

Very enjoyable. Teen boys to grandparents enjoyed whirlwind one hour tour. Ryan was super knowledgeable and we appreciated his pronunciations of names & restaurant recommendations. This tour was my favorite in St Augustine. Reggie led us around town and took his time to show us the historical highlights. We stopped at a few popular spots and got out to walk around. Reggie is a local and loves the area and it shows. It is always nice to get a tour from a local that loves what they do. It really shows.
