We went on this tour with Karen as our tour guide. If you want to have an extremely entertaining, interesting and fact-filled tour, she’s your gal. We learned more about Saint Augustine and its very interesting history from her than we probably would have reading numerous books. You could see she was passionate about the subject and passed that on to all of us. Great tour.

Our tour guide Karen was so knowledgeable and taught us a lot about this beautiful area. Being as that, we were the only two on the tour she gave us her undivided attention, stopped off and turned and spoke to us. She was very personable, I highly recommend this tour with Karen.

This is a very personal customized tour …the way the historical information is conveyed is vivid and exciting ….I have taken other tours in St Augustine and there is no comparison to this one ! The tour guide was AMAZING !!! She was able to relate information in such a way as to make the story of St Augustine so easily memorable !!!

This was an amazing experience the person that gave us the tour (Karen) was so incredibly knowledgeable and spent so much time just explaining to us the various different things about Saint Augustine, and then connecting the historic to the present for us. It was genuinely one of the best tours I’ve had and she deserves a lot of credit for her ability to do these tours and her historic knowledge.

Mark was a great guide. He showed us so many interesting things that we had no idea about gave us great restaurant recommendations loved that it was just us on the tour so we could ask questions and learned all kinds of things. Would highly recommend.

The operator cancelled the tour due to expected rain & storms, which did not materialize. We were very disappointed, and did not find the cancellation message until we were at the meeting point. I expect a full refund ASAP.

Thank you for your feedback. To clarify, it did rain, and multiple tours were canceled that day due to changing weather conditions. Every affected guest was offered a full refund, including you, as we communicated.
We send updates through Viator and contact the phone number listed on the reservation, which are the only two forms of communication provided to us. We used both methods, and our other affected guests were able to communicate with us regarding the cancellations.
Our tours operate on electric golf carts with twelve 6 volt batteries positioned less than a foot above the roadway. We do not operate in certain rain and storm conditions for both safety and guest comfort. Florida weather can change quickly, and the sun appearing later in the afternoon or even briefly during a scheduled tour time does not mean the earlier decision was unnecessary. We do not attempt to dodge periods of rain in order to continue operating....
This was not a predicted storm well in advance, and we communicated updates as the weather developed. The tour was canceled based on the conditions and information available at that time, and your full refund is being processed as promised.

4. Sit back, listen, watch, ask questions.
5. This tour is the best around the sites. We know because we listened as others passed by, etc. Not even close to Karen!

A great, more intimate than trolley, historic tour while riding on an elongated shaded golf cart type of vehicle which seated maybe 10 people total, perfect for small groups or individuals. Plastic seats with seat belts, dogs were welcome to sit on laps or under seat. The guide was a history teacher, very informative and funny.

Our guide Mark had 2 couples on his 1hr tour and made it fun, educational and entertaining. The Flagler buildings are amazing and he described all sites so well. The electric cart seats 8 so you get to ask questions.

We had been to St. Augustine many years ago but never did a tour where we could learn the history. This tour was only one hour but was packed with a lot of information about the people, settlement, architecture and sites while driving along through the streets of this historical city. Our guide was very knowledgeable and clearly enjoyed sharing as much as he could about the city. Highly recommend.
