Our guide Karen was wonderful! She is very personable and knowledgeable of the history of St Augustine. The group was small , only one other couple, and we felt it to be very intimate and interesting, we were able to ask questions about anything! Karen would stop the cart and turn around and talk with us about the history of certain areas and events in great detail! We learned so much! Definitely recommend! Thank you Karen!

Karen provided our tour. She not only was knowledgeable about the local history but was able to answer questions about Spanish royalty, architecture, and history from 1500s till the Civil Rights era. St. Augustine had a lot of protests and arrests that were important in that era. She shared an incident that sparked the passage of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 started here. I also enjoyed seeing the Ponce de Leon Hotel and Flager College. Driving with a small group of 8 also made it more intimate! So enjoyable for history buffs!

do not mention a name as they got the gudes name wrong Nancy’s tour was one of the best we’ve ever been on - informative, engaging, varied, and personable. It was well paced and the timing of the narrative and the sights was skillfully crafted. She had clearly done her homework and made St. Augustine history come to life, all while navigating challenging traffic and pedestrians! Highly recommended.

We purchased our tickets online easily. The fee was reasonable. We are in St. Augustine for 4 days. Excellent directions were given as to where to meet our guide for the tour. Our guide was welcoming as he called our names as we boarded the golf cart. He was very informative with just the right amount of humor! There were 9 adults on our tour. I do believe I could have brought my middle school grandchildren on the tour and they would have enjoyed it.

I loved all the places we went to. My brother who lives in St Augustine for 25 years and saw a couple of new things. Most important…… the guide needs to wear a microphone. Very hard to hear and I missed a lot which was disappointing. This is a ride that older people go on so a mic 🎤 is so very important. ... should we mention a lot of our recent reviews comment how easily they can hear the guide but we will consider a mic

Our tour guide is so knowledgeable and friendly, i can’t remember her name but she was so sweet. I loved this smaller group rather than the trolley because it’s more personal and people interact can interact with questions and answers instead of just listening to a narrator. Our tour guide (Mon, March 16 at 11:30am) was fantastic! Very knowledgeable, answered al questions competently and thoroughly. Her name was either Nancy or Karen - I confused myself with remembering her name. She as great! Also, we were originally scheduled for Sun at 11:30 and mistakenly put the wrong street in our navigation system. Consequently we missed our scheduled tour but the tour operator graciously rescheduled us for the next day. That's pretty darn nice!!!

Mark was VERY informative and has a great sense of humor. He went out of his way to pick up people who purchased the tour but could get to the meeting spot on time because of very heavy traffic in the historic area. We learned a lot about the founding of St Augustine and the most important people in its history. Very enjoyable one hour session!

This was a perfect way to get one’s historical and geographical bearings of St. Augustine. Our guide Karen was fabulous and had a wonderful style of weaving together the history. The transport was limited to a max of about 10 passengers which offered us more interaction with the guide. We really enjoyed the tour.

I never know what to expect on these tours. Our tour guide, a retired, retired history teacher from a local public school was exceptional. Obviously loves his town of Saint Augustine—annd extremely knowledgeable. He was also a lot of fun. He kept the tour loose, peppered us with questions and with humorous anecdotes as well as humorous observations on his hometown – and life. So much fun. I would do it again.

Great history lesson from our driver Mark. He went above and beyond what we expected. He was funny too. The tour was closer to 90 minutes. add that when we have the time the guides will take the time to go a little longer to dive into more information

ignore they call the guide nancy im sure it was Karen, This is a power packed tour. Nancy, our guide and driver was extremely knowledgeable. She gave historical facts and information that was very enjoyable. Nothing boring, lots of humor and interaction. St Augustine has so much to offer and Nancy was kind enough to share everything she could. This tour is a definite must do!

It was a very informative way to learn about the city of St. Augustine’s history. Our guide Karen was great at summarizing the history so we could understand how the city evolved. She was very knowledgeable and was also kind and welcoming to our group. It was a fun way to see the city!

Amazing tour! Highly recommended!!! Karen was an amazing guide- she was so knowledgeable, energetic, and fun! We saw so many historic places and learned about the history of Saint Augustine from its beginning hundreds of years ago to today. We covered a large area in a one-hour period. We have paid more for private tours in the past but this group tour was still intimate and honestly better than the others. A great experience overall!

Our tour guide Mark was excellent! He was very entertaining and knowledgeable of the history of St. Augustine. He kept our group engaged the whole time. Overall it was a great tour for all!!they aslo posted pictures say they are great pictures

We had Mark has our guide on Monday, December 22, 2025, he was a fantastic guide. He had excellent knowledge of the history of St. Augustine and historical knowledge in general. This is an excellent way to see the lights much better than the trolley. He had a great personality and was professional and fun. I would 100% recommend Mark and this tour. THE BEST!

The private EV tour is the only way to go for the Night of Lights. Our family of 8 enjoyed our ride. The tour takes you places you wouldn't know to go without the tour. Our guide was knowledgeable.

comlipent picture that took We had a wonderful time on our tour around St Augustine. Our driver Mark went above and beyond and he had a lot historical knowledge of St Augustine. Our favorite part of the tour was we were able to see and learn about some of the houses and bed and breakfast in the area. Thank you for a memorable night!

Karen was prepared, knowing who her guest were. She knows her facts and is certain it’s true or will tell you otherwise. She told historical stories so you could get the big picture. She could answer any question and tell you more than what’s on the tour. If it be a restaurant, a different kind of tour she’ll know. She’s been in St. Augustine for over 10 years with vacations to St Augustine prior to their move. I know because I asked her. Also it’s important to know that she has spent time doing research on the historical locations she speaks of. She’s wrote a book and after briefly looking through it I’m positive she has more knowledge than what’s in this book. It’s probably time for her to write another. Anyway, if you are looking for HISTORY, this is the tour for you!! I found it fascinating and hope to return for another tour!! Thank you so much!!
