August was incredible. Full of knowledge and also humorous I would definitely do it again and the only thing I would change would be to do it at night. Our time frame could not accomplish it this time

Mary was an excellent guide. Its such a great way to learn history and lore in one outing and a fun walk exploring the historic district.

Our family really enjoyed this tour. Our tour guide was very sweet & answered all questions we had. The stories were very interesting! I would definately recommend this tour.
Was very good and our guide was very knowledgeable about the information and the history and about the ghost
Mary was a great tour guide filled with historical and ghostly knowledge.
She made sure everyone could hear her and always made time for questions and pictures.
We ended up missing our tour entirely. The location to meet our guide was changed but we were not sent notification of the change until 6:00 pm for an 8 pm tour. We were rushing through dinner to make our tour and did not see the email on time. When I called for help, I was informed of the change but it was a five minute walk from the original location and by the time we arrived, the tour had left. I called back to ask for a refund and was told we had to catch up with the tour instead. We are not familiar with the city and could not find the location the operator told us. We were all disappointed.
There was miscommunication on where to meet so we started an hour late no apologies nothing to offset anything

Great history of the area with some fun ghostly details. The walk was slow enough for all people old and young, this is not too scary.
This was a great tour. Ms Jackie was a wonderful narrator. She made St Augustine’s haunted history come to life.
Informative and very well explained by Brook. Enjoyed hearing about the historical background and interesting stories about St Augustine.
The tour was good. More historical than ghostly. Be prepared to walk in dark areas on grass and brick a few stairs.

It's a great experience to hear ghost stories from the past and present in St. Augustine and the city takes on a whole different feel at night.
Arrived to an empty building with no sign and no one around. Tried to call to figure things out and was sent to voicemail. So we ended up just doing our own tour.
Fun experience! Attended with my daughter. We enjoyed walking around the city and hearing interesting stories from our guide, Carinna.

Hard sell on products in the shop and the tour was hokey. I’ve been on quite a few of ghost tours and this rates at the bottom.

One of the most informative tours we’ve done. Our guide, Brooke, gave more details about various places than we had ever heard before. We got some great pictures and even one of James in a tree at Tomatilo cemetery. Highly recommend this tour.
A lot of history was told by our guide. It was well worth the time and the weather was absolutely perfect!
