Monument Valley was absolutely amazing! Ray, our guide, really gave a great tour and was fantastic! Dom, our guide from Sedona and back, extremely knowledgeable and professional. Roads out and back from the actual tour are not for the faint hearted BUT great opportunity to see Mother Nature’s masterpiece

Don was great he kept an upbeat, fun energy going for almost 14 hours! The vehicle was clean and quiet and very comfortable. The only thing I would have liked was to have a more authentic Navajo meal but maybe there aren’t any options for this. Larry our guide at the site was helpful in taking great photos and naming the monuments. Monument valley doesn’t label anything or have information on the monuments so you should read up a little bit yourself before you go.

Dom was an excellent tour guide. Landscape was stunning. We were first time visitors. Lunch at blue coffee cup was very good.

Fulfillment of a dream trip to go to Monument Valley. Viator got us there & back with a great tour guide & then on the Navajo Reservation, we had an Indian guide who was terrific. The experience fulfilled the dream perfectly. Thanks, Viator.

Our travel guide Stanton made monument valley a great experience by sharing how the day would go, important facts, places to go while in Arizona, restaurant/visiting options in Phoenix, Tucson, Scottsdale, Sedona, flagstaff, etc. He made us feel safe with his driving, told us about his background which made it personable and encouraged sharing among the customers which was great. He shared the homes, customs, life, and traditions of the Navajo people which was interesting. Lunch and rest stops were good. Our Navajo guide was informative, helped take pictures., explained the customs and traditions of his people, and shared the sites of monument valley. I was excited about This trip and it was well worth the money we paid for it.

The views within Monument valley and the friendliness of both your guides. As well as learning about the history and geology oh Northern Arizona.

Our tour guide, Sheldon Finkelstein drove 4 hours each way to Monument Valley from Sedona. We had a total of 4 people so the rest stops was minimal. During the drive, Sheldon highlighted many points of interest during our drive through Sedona, Flagstaff and the Navajo Reservation. We were staying at an Air BNB, and drove 15 minutes to a Marriott Hotel for the pickup and drop off. The tour was expected to be 11 to 12 hours. When we got to the Monument Valley, the red rock landscape was pictures of art. We had lunch at the Navajo Nation Museum & Visitor's Center. The Navajo Museum had the history of the Navajo Code Breakers. We met our Navajo guide, and he gave a tour that included John Ford's cinema location with John Wayne. Our guide also showed us his mother's Navajo hogan. Though the drive was a total of 8 hours, the tour was worth it. The weather was cool and windy in March.

Great scenery. Wonderful rocks. Good guides. Very long day. Great experience.
Took snacks and needed them but plenty of opportunities to purchase. Had enough bathroom stops. Provided water and encouraged everyone to dri k - you need that in the dry air. Comfortable bus. Good driver. Provided lunch.

A great tour with a fun guide! We had a beaut day including lots of snow around Flagstaff and the threat of ice on the road during the drive home. The ice didn't eventuate but the beauty and serenity of Monument Valley certainly did. We arrived late morning and our guide, Kevin, asked if we would like to have lunch first or do the drive into the valley first and then have lunch. As it was cloudy and the forecast was for rain later in the day, thinking of photos we opted to use the light and head into the valley. It turned out to be everything we had expected and then some. Absolutely beautiful and we had plenty of time to soak up the atmosphere and take photos before driving out to Gouldings for lunch. Lunch was included in the tour and the food was good, plenty to choose from. Would do it again!
