The driver/guide, Mark Spector, is fantastic. Very professional, friendly and knowledgeable. There’s a snowstorm today and the Park had to be closed. Mark drove very safely.

From pick up by Brynn, who made this trip the best, to drop off at our airbnb, i can’t recommend this trip more. i’m not one that likes to drive curvy roads and I’m so glad that I chose this trip. I felt totally comfortable, the views were beautiful. She took us to out of the way places to get an extra special view. The meal at the lodge was wonderful. Brynn said this trip was ours and making it customizable. My son wanted to make a stop in Flagstaff. She was great at doing it and patient while he did what he wanted to do. Wouldn’t see the Grand Canyon and the area any other way

Our guide, Karen, is unbeatable in her friendly, informative, considerate tour experience. She made our entire day absolutely perfect. It was fun, comfortable and awe inspiring. This was our first visit to the Grand Canyon and I cannot imagine a better experience. If you’re a small group and looking at options for a day tour from Sedona, you could not do better.

Our tour guide Jonathan Allerton was more than phenomenal. He was extremely attentive to us, much more than we normally experience from other tour guides. His very easy going behavior and openness are some qualities we really appreciated. He even carried the bag that contained the souvenir shopping we did. He is a great human being and wish him long term success.

Our tour guide Miguel truly made this a VIP experience. He was extremely knowledgeable and enthusiastic. He allowed us to explore the Grand Canyon at our pace. We never felt rushed and were able to see so many breathtaking sites that day. We had a fabulous lunch at El Tovar which was included. This was an outstanding tour!

An amazing and majestic experience! Had visited the Grand Canyon twice before but never like this. Tour guide, Miguel brought the Grand Canyon tour experience to a level that will be remembered and cherished forever. He knows the nature, ins and outs, and best spots to experience the Grand Canyon. His expert knowledge from years of exploring and studying the Grand Canyon made the experience way above that of a tour guide memorizing a basic script. As a side note, Miguel is an amazing musician which enriched the experience even more. Well worth it!

Amazing way to visit the marvelous Grand Canyon! Our guide, Marc, was great and very attentive. The ride was extremely comfortable; Marc made sure we always had snacks and fresh water.

The local company running the tour, First Class Travel, was excellent in all aspects. Booking the tour through Viator was a nightmare. Was on the phone with Viator customer service for an hour, talked with two agents - none understood that a computer glitch had blocked the reservation mid-way through the process. Was ready to give up and look for another tour when by accident I noticed the name of the local tour company. Found them via google, and Peggy had the issue resolved in minutes

An amazing private tour of the Grand Canyon. I wouldn't want to see it any other way. I Traveled with 2 teenagers and wanted the experience the be meaningful and to resonate with them. Definitely a go.

The guide Marc is exceptional and so fun- his knowledge is outstanding and the customized way he approached and introduced the Grand Canyon to us made it incredible and so memorable for our 25th anniversary. Do yourself a favor and book this private tour - we would not have wanted to see and learn about the Grand Canyon other way.

The tour operator cancelled this tour 30 minutes before the scheduled start due to illness. The operator did not cancel our tickets or refund our payment. No alternatives were offered. We scrambled to find something else to do, and Viator has not refunded our money. I’m not sure they know this happened.

It is our understanding that Viator immediately refunded your money in full. It is so unfortunate that our guide became ill and could not take you on your excursion. Later that morning he tested positive for Covid! It is far better for you that you did not travel with him. We wish we could have gotten another guide, however all of them were already out on tour. We pride ourselves on receiving almost all 5-star reviews. We wish you could have experienced a tour with us.

Start to finish, awesome experience.
Our guide, Kenneth, was both extremely knowledgeable and considerate. We were not only impressed with his knowledge of the canyon's early history and exploration but also his knowledge of it's geological structure and significance. Lunch at El Tovar capped off an amazing morning followed by more awe-inspiring views before the trip back to Sedona.

Our day was amazing. First we were greeted by our most kind, thoughtful and knowledgeable tour guide Miguel exactly where planned and right on time. The car was a luxury full sized SUV that was immaculate, equipped with snacks and plenty of cold water. Miguel played lovely soft music as we drove out of Sedona and gave us an overview of what to expect from our day. He planned everything perfectly, including a stop for coffee and a bathroom in Flagstaff on the way to the Grand Canyon. He told us stories of both the natural history of the area and the sacred Native American histories of the land. He was an expert driver, soft spoken but very knowledgeable, and basically pitch perfect for us. The initial arrival at the Grand Canyon is one my wife and I will never forget…a view from the Yavapai point. We were blessed with a crisp clear blue sky day and that initial moment was one Miguel helped us experience with the reverence it deserved. He even honored us with a song on his Native flute. I am afraid of heights and he was kind and respectful of my limitations, guiding us to experiences that would allow me to see the beauty without testing my fears. Lunch was lovely at El Tovar, and the rest of the sights he showed us and stories he told made for one of the most impactful experiences we’ve ever had. We simply can’t thank Miguel enough and would recommend him to anyone.

Our driver was prompt, arriving about 15 minutes before our scheduled departure of 7:15. Mark made this trip all about us and what we wanted to see and do. He stopped along the way to give us the best possible views of the Grand Canyon. Never rushed us and made sure to keep us safe while walking. The lunch at the hotel was great and once again he gave us as much time as we wanted for lunch, shopping, or viewing the canyon. He also shared many things about the canyon and area in general. It was an outstanding trip, and we highly recommend it. I'm glad we chose this way to visit the canyon instead of the train.
