Carmine was a great tour guide and added lots of humor and stories to the ride. It was a bumpy ride, so if you are looking for a smooth tour, "The Cliffhanger" is one you should avoid. The kids loved it.

My friend & I did this tour last week (Mar 27) Chris was our driver/guide and knew a lot about the desert. You really bump along a rocky path and hug the edge of a cliff. Don’t go if you have back or neck problems. We saw a lot of vegetation which Chris pointed out to us. It wasn’t just cactus which would have been fine with me. We were covered in red dust and had a blast. Only reason for 4* is I would have like more canyons rather than the cliffs. Great tour for first timers

Our Cliff Hanger tour was good but a little different than we were envisioning. We arrived 30 min early and check-in was a bit hectic with no available parking until the previous tours all cleared out. As I’m sure others are weighing options: we have done Pink Jeep on a previous trip but they were all booked and we figured we’d try something different this time. The rides/ruggedness are similar but the stops on our broken arrow tour were far more scenic and impressive than the cliff hanger. This tour goes to more of a forestry area rather than up in the mountains. However, it’s worth noting that this tour is about half the price which is a significant difference for our family of 5. All in all, an overall enjoyable experience and we were happy to support a local small business.

They deliver what they advertise! A fun, informative bumpy ride through the back red dirt roads of Sedona. The driver was super friendly and knowledgeable of the flora and fauna.

I unfortunately woke up with my back out the morning we were driving to Sedona. I called the operator and they advised it’s too bumpy and I shouldn’t go. Since I was late for the 24 hour cancellation we lost $500 dollars. The operator said there is nothing I can do since it’s through a 3rd party- couldn’t even give me a credit for another time (I would even take a year from now when we visit Arizona again). Lesson learned- I will never book an excursion through Viator or a third party. I also had the operator calling and wondering what our ETA was at our scheduled time when I had gone through all of this in the morning. They must not communicate with each other nor did they care I’m out $500 bucks and my kids never got to enjoy this for their Spring Break trip. Bummer.

Don’t waste your money unless you enjoy looking at brown shrubs. All this was was a bumpy hummer ride . The listing said it would be a 2 hour trip and it was only an hour and 40 minutes and that was with the driver stopping the hummer to talk. Not much beauty to look at- was hoping to see the red rocks up close and personal

We had a fantastic time on our off-road tour. It was my husband and I on the trip. Carmine was an excellent guide. He was very knowledgeable and did a fantastic job sharing his love of the land. We truly enjoyed learning all things Sedona!

There was very little information shared about the adventure from the tour guide. The hummer had a plexiglass window but it was so clouded and scratched the passengers had no forward view on a tour that was all about the view of the gorgeous Sedona area. The tour guide was nice but did not provide any information of value - pointing out a few plants and flowers about 20 times over. Another passenger had a hat on in the open-air vehicle, which flew off his head when we were traveling down the highway. It hit me in the face - bloodying and bruising my lip and giving me a black eye when the bill struck me in the face full force. I reported it to the driver and asked for ice but nothing was provided. This should have been avoided with common sense passengers should not be wearing baseball caps.

It was great, very informational and fun! We ended getting a private jeep tour instead of the hummer, but it definitely was more fun. We did the cliff hanger, couldn’t recommend more

I have been on another Jeep tours. This one was not my favorite. I thought there’d be more sightseeing of the mountains and the rocks and the whole entire time. All I could smell is gas.

Highly recommend this ride! Jake was so knowledgeable and funny. He really made the interesting! There will definitely be some thrilling moments in this ride that may not be suitable for everyone but I felt completely safe and would do it again!!

Awesome way to see Sedona. Guide (Donny) was great, had tons of info about local flora, and history of Sedona. Highly reccomend!
