Left waiting in a street of drunken people.

They changed the time and did not tell us. We had to wait in a street of drunks and left after 30 mins. We sent messages whilst waiting but it was only after we had left when they contacted us. They refunded to cost but only after I had proved the start time we were given, even though they admitted they had changed it.
