The viewing deck looked like it was under renovation. So lacking anything exciting. I enjoyed the view of Mt. Rainier even with thouh it was covered by clouds.
Great views and lots of good information posted on the walls throughout. Staff was friendly even offering to take photos of patrons against the skyline. Price was very reasonable especially compared to the Space needle. Surprisingly spacious especially considering we visited at peek time sunset on a Friday evening.
The view was absolutely amazing and I am glad that we booked this experience. The staff was great at helping you to get good pictures. We ordered the Italian sub at the snack bar and it was big enough to share.
Fantastic views of the surrounding area. We arrived early today and we were able to go right up. We could spend as much time as we wanted, they were not too busy.
Lovely views. Staff were amazing, building was beautiful. Love it. Would definitely do it again. Watching the sun set was priceless
We are so happy we booked these tickets. It is exactly as described. We rode the elevator to the 73rd floor and were hit with stunning views as soon as the doors opened.
We were fortunate that it was a sunny day. The view of Mt Rainer as well as the National Olympic range was spectacular. There is plenty of room to move around and even grab a quick snack or drink at the cafe.
Perfect stop and priced well.
Amazing views, far better than the space needle and at half the cost. Would definitely recommend for trial views if the city.
Great place to catch sunset in the highest place you can get to in Seattle, go on a clear day and you will get amazing sunset views of the mountains with the skyline as well
Great view of the city at a great price. I highly recommend it. 73 stories up with a panoramic view. Breathtaking.
Great experience and better views than the needle
I’d recommend this building for the best views in town and a unique opportunity to literally look down on the needle
Figure that this is NOT the Space Needle like I thought it was. And No refunds. No cancellations with refunds either.
The views were great, it was not crowded at all so despite having a timed ticket we were able to go up earlier. A better view than the Space Needle for less money.
I was terrified to go up, but the view was magnificent. After the elevator attendant reassured me, I ended up loving it! Much less crowded, than the Space Needle and lots of great views.
Make sure you do t get a ticket off you when the fire brigade are there doing a charity event.
So because of that you can't go up and enjoy what you've paid for.
Not happy.
Always great to visit Seattle from 73 floor up in the Columbia Center in Downtown Seattle! Day or night is great to see and when you add in yummy food and drink, well, it makes a great visit even better! The 360 degree of the city of amazing and you'll create lots of memories.
Wasn't what I wanted to purchase. I searched on the internet for the Space Needle tour and this is what showed up and I accidentally bought this.
Little kids ran wild and were very loud! It was beautiful and at sunset and a wonderful experience otherwise. I learned a lot of history and got some good photos!
The greeting staff at front door and the kiosk were very unfriendly. They did not even tell us where to go when coming in. A tall balding man where you purchase tickets was so rude he acted like he was being bothered. The elevator host and tour guide was amazing and helpful. The view and experience on the overlook were amazing but need friendlier kiosk and front door people.
Viator misled us. We were looking for Space Needle tickets and this tower was listed as the Space Needle. We make the most of a bad situation and did this experience, since we had paid for it. It was much better and the Space Needle overall. Higher, No wait. parking proximity. Highly recommend this. But watch out for misleading Viator listings.
It was not a good experience at all. In fact I could not use the tickets . It only sent me one ticked but I had purchased three. I tried to log in without success. I had to buy the tickets somewhere else so I would really like a refund
Fabulous experience. Great views over the city, we booked at sunset and got some amazing pictures. 45 seconds to travel 94 floors was crazy!
Paid for the needle but recieved tickets for something else. Bait and switch was pulled.
Very bad . People need to be aware on the site that it's not for the space needle.
It's for some building down at the riverside.
Do not book with viator they fail to mention you have to get there an hour earlier and therefore I was unable to do it and guess what refund refused. Poor company.
We gave up trying to find location. This is not the Space Needle. That was easy to locate.. I don’t know what building this tour is located, but not near the Space Needle.
This is not the space needle. They will not refund. This is for the Columbia tower which is way south in downtown
I was searching for a ticket to go up the space needle, not knowing about this area I bought the ticket I did thinking it was the observation deck of the space needle and I couldn’t go to the top, and wasted motel room, parking and a ticket I didn’t want.
Very deceptive! I thought I was getting tickets to the Space Needle but ended up with tickets to something completely different. Wasted $45!! Terrible experience!
Couldn’t even get ahold of anyone. Just an horrible experience. I won’t recommend it to anyone else.
Went on line looking for space needle tickets , not realizing you had your ad in the middle of the group bought it went to space needle at one oclock was told wrong ticket so i threw almost 80 dollars away ...did not ride either
False advertisement thinking it was part of the space needle. Didn't end up making our reservation and lost money. Bummer
