It was nice short vacation, Leavenworth is very beautiful, nice scenery along the way. The only thing is that our driver was late and I was not sure if he is also a tour guide because he did not say very much about the places we visited.

It’s not a tour , just a Uber service

Driver took us to see some beautiful sceneries. We were impressed the Steven pass the snow scenes. Driver drive safely through the snowy road. The only thing is not what we expected is the tour basically only provided a driver, he did not inform us what’s the next stop, how long will it to take there. There was no water and snacks provided as what it described in the website. He was very quiet the whole time. And he was 15 minutes late to pick up up.

Hello Melody I am very sorry you were not provided Snacks/water and the driver was late, we had a vehicle issue in the morning and the driver needed to switch vehicles last minute, causing delay. I don’t think comparing us to an uBer is fair though considering we have a listed itinerary, the driver didn’t miss any stops, you were given ample time to explore the different stops and our driver hosted you for 10+ hours. I appreciate your feedback but all things considered I strongly believe the service we provided, especially at our price point, is worth more than 1 star. We are happy to make it up to you if you would like to join us for one of our other tours.

Didn’t get to experience the excursion

We never got to go. The driver’s van got into a bad accident the night before and we didn’t want to go there in a car and have to wait until 11:00 or 12:00 to leave. We had a schedule to ride the roller coaster at 1:30. We also wanted to travel there with more people. My husband ended up driving my friend and me to Leavenworth.

We tried our best to still accommodate your tour same day as well as offer to reschedule to another day. We sent you a full refund since we could not accommodate you. I hope you can give us another shot in the future to make it up to you because 1 star reviews really hurt us as a small business.

Kellen is a fantastic guy and 5 star tour guide. He went far and beyond to make sure my family feel comfortable and taken care of. We had a few suggests to stop by our choices and he just happily agreed and patiently waited for us. Plus he stopped by all the fun places as the original trip plan. He is definitely representing great for his company and he will succeed with this professional attitude and great customer service skill. Will use his services again without hesitation. His service is 10 stars out of 1-5 scale.
