Excitement Forging for Mushrooms

I book this to try something new, I want to spend more time outdoors this year, the weather was nice so I book this tour. I thought there is a possibity I might be bored. However, within 20 minutes, I was surprised by how engaging the experience was—it felt more like a nature walk with storytelling than a lecture about mushrooms. Our guide Ben kept things light, practical, and genuinely fun, even for someone who wasn’t obsessed with fungi. Honestly, I don’t think I’ll ever go on a hike and see the woods in the same way ever again! I learned how mushrooms fit into the forest ecosystem without feeling overwhelmed. By the end, I was the one pointing things out on the trail! I honestly didn’t expect to enjoy it as much as I did.
