The stories are poor and the tour guide rushed through them plus seemed rush since the beginning, as if of ready to be done with the tour. She did explained she had been on tours all weekend and she was losing her voice, which is understandable…but the business needs to do a better job scheduling their tour guides then and allowing people to rest. This tour was a waste of money and time.

If you never been in a big city it can be overwhelming . There was lots of walking. Our tour guide Aiden was very informative. We learned a lot. We did not experience any paranormal activity which my daughter was disappointed with. We would recommend this tour.

Idk the whole tour was rushed, the guide was in such a hurry and her explanation of what was hunted seemed made up .. there was no enthusiasm. If felt every place we went to had a made up story since all we did was walk around the block .. we will not be going back. Maybe our guide was tired and just wanted to get it over with😢👎

This might be better during the week? There were so many people out on the street, we couldn't hear anything the tour guide was saying. She stopped in fro t ofa fee buildings to tell a story and we could only hear bits and pieces. We ended up leaving the tour to watch a street musician. Unfortunately it was kind of a waste of time and $

Tour was lacking information. Tour was done on the busiest time of evening when people were out clubbing, walking through tour and interrupting guide. kept crossing with other guides. Guide did her best. needs to be more entertaining.

Lovely tour guide who made everyone welcome. Our tour was on 3rd July so the bars and clubs were super busy and loud. This meant it wasn't possible to see and hear the tour well.

Waste of money... I knew that it would be a walking your, but it's not what I expected. I expected to go into all the old houses, buildings, and/or rooms. See paranormal activities, feel the coldness in the rooms, see something or feel something watching me... none of this happened. We walked the city, stood outside of buildings and listened to the stories, go in a 3 second walk through and it was over. I did learn 4 things. 1- SanDiego ad a lot of brothels, 2- they didn't make water, 3- they had lots of opium, and 4- they had lots of alcohol. But we wanted to see and feel ghost. Sucks.... I feel like I wasted our (it was 9 of us) money on this one.

It was absolutely awful! There were kids in our group and The host was cussing. The stories were ridiculous and the host made jokes about everything. We came to hear real ghost stories and maybe get a little scared. The joking vibe was all wrong!

I asked two people with the company if we would be going inside anywhere. The live online chat before purchase and the guide that pm. They both answered yes.
We did not go into anywhere.
Also the guide was more passionate about the history of the buildings, their cost, where the water line was etc..than focusing on why we were there, to hear ghost stories. He also had a little girl hold the electromagnetic detector, he pointed it working once. Otherwise she was just playing with it. And he kept referring to his “median friends”, as if it was all a joke. Not enjoyable for me.

We got a private tour as the group before us I guess was larger so that was a plus but probably not normal. The tour guide was knowledgeable and the history they spoke of was very interesting. The only downside was it was hard to hear her sometimes because it was a Friday night and the downtown area was crowded with lots of ambient noise. You don't go into any of the buildings but we knew that beforehand so that was ok for us. All in all an OK way to spend an after dinner evening.

I showed up at 8pm where told to and nobody showed up, I did not get my money’s worth, and when I tried calling to get a representative nobody answers the phone, no option for voicemail, and they designate you to send an email and they will answer “right away”, but I still have yet not heard from them, I am very disappointed and I am unsure how to get my money back!!!

This tour wasn’t what we originally thought it would be. We thought we would be able to go inside the buildings to feel the energy. However the guide was knowledgeable of the towns history and showed us some building we would have otherwise missed.

What a fun walk through Down Town San Diego. We learned a lot about some of San Diego's more unusual history, about some of the more famous and also notorious buildings and goings-ons, and our EMF detector turned Red while standing alongside the old City Hall building. Lots of fun, highly recommended.

Great walking tour. San Diego on any Saturday night is crazy busy. Allow ample time to find a place to park your car. The guide was very knowable. Hearing what isa said is a problem because of the crowd. You should be fit to walk at a quick pace at time and walk over curbs.
