Lisa was the manager on our cruise and she was so sweet. Since we noticed there were empty tables, we requested to be upgraded to window seat (the window seat package wasn’t available on Viator) and she kindly moved us there. The food was good too and the staff were all warm and welcoming towards us. Thank you so much for making the night so memorable for us!

Overall pleasant experience. Calvin was a great waiter and DJ was fun. However, the food service lacked in that they ran out of steak before we got any to avoid crowds and there was no peach warm cobbler like advertised.

Really lovely & fun experience! We had a party of 6 celebrating UCSD graduation & danced with a wedding party on board that night as well. DJ was fun (gave a call out to our grad!) and playlist was enjoyed by our entire party ages 24-80 (:

We emailed City Experiences after booking (as instructed) to request a window table, but were told they were "unable to offer any upgrades, including the window seat, to reservations made with third parties." We ended up with a lovely window table after all. Thank you, City Experiences! So, if you want an upgrade, you might want to book directly with them (:

Extremely ghetto. Don’t waste your money.
They allowed a wedding party to take over the dinner cruise and we all felt like we were crashing a wedding. Food was below sub par. They ran out of the limited menu that’s “included” right when we sat down. It was a waste of money I wish we would have just gone to a nice dinner! The dj catered to the wedding instead of playing music for everyone. We had to leave the dinner table to be able to somewhat enjoy ourselves and make the best of it. Would not recommend keep looking! It is for sure false advertisement the pictures of food they advertise it’s nothing like it!

Christina was our waitress, she is awesome and does what she can to make your experience worth it ! The food is good , music is terrible - so make recommendations. It’s a great concept, hopefully they will expand the types of cruises, music, and themes.
