Tour guide was very knowledgeable about ghosts and experiences, however we spent more time listening to the history of the Alamo and various hotels nearby while standing in the street or sitting on a bench. There was no guided tour through any of the actual haunted areas one would expect to possibly experience a paranormal encounter. We departed from the group early because it only seemed like 4 stops within close proximity to the storefront itself. Wished we had been on the other tour with bus. Very disappointing but a nice night for a stroll. Reviews seemed great but not quite what we had expected. Maybe our expectations were too high but the food at Yard House is great!

Thanks for coming along, and I’m sorry we weren’t what you were expecting. I’m a little confused though, because literally nothing you expected was advertised, and everything you complained about was, before ticket purchase. Most of it was also in the reviews you read…
-The description of your tour calls it a “Haunted History Tour” -We must include history on the tour, because if we simply told you “a lady is seen floating by without a head” …you’re going to ask us “why?”
-The tour is “Through the streets of old San Antonio” and does not go inside. This is because the downtown buildings are in operation, and require thousands of dollars of insurance per building to let groups in.
-Paranormal encounters are not guaranteed, and this is not an investigation. If we had a ghost in a box to show off every tour we’d be millionaires. People do catch paranormal activity in their cameras quite often, which is why pictures are encouraged.
-There are 13 stops on the tour, not 4. Kind of misleading of you to say that when you admittedly left early right?
-The tour you purchased is called “The San Antonio Ghost WALK” and, again, details a WALK through the streets. There are bus tours, but those cost $50-$60 per person and generally include less stops. Our ticket is only $25 currently, which is why we favor ghost walks, much more bang for our customers’ bucks.
-The Yard House is great, I enjoy their Poke Bowls.

All that being said, we do value your patronage, and would like to offer complimentary tickets to Texas’ Oldest Haunted Pub Crawl next time you’re in town. It’s another one of our tours, that DOES go inside. Just give us a call to redeem.

Excellent story telling by the tour guide, Bear. I was thoroughly frightened and my partner was immensely interested and satisfied with the whole experience. Perfectly painted a picture of how and why San Antonio may be a city of evil. Well worth the price and will definitely be back for the other tours!

My girlfriend and I decided to take a staycation and spend Christmas downtown San Antonio this year. In addition, we were interested in taking a ghost tour. We read through several different tours on Viator but decided on Bad Wolf Ghost Tours. Our tour guide Logan was really great! We walked around the area and were pulled into all of the interesting historical haunting stories he shared with us. This tour definitely made our Christmas unforgettable (in an awesome way) and highly recommend taking this tour if you are interested in ghost tours and learning a little about the amazing history in San Antonio. Also, lots of nice historical buildings that will be covered as well. Also, if you get a chance to look around their shop (meeting place), I recommend getting there a little earlier so you have time to check it out.

Our tour guide was excellent. The stories were awesome. We walked around the Alamo and surrounding areas and heard great stories about history and paranormal activities. It was a great evening, activity for adults and children.

Great tour by Laura! We learned a lot of history of the city while hearing some of the spooky stories and occurrences that happen in the area. While standing outside the Emily Morgan hotel, looking into the lobby, we even captured a figure wearing a white coat, in the fireplace. There was no one standing in the lobby or near the fireplace. Only saw the figure when we looked back through the pics. What do you think 👻

We had a great time on our ghost tour! The only issue we had was that some of the historical information our guide gave was not accurate. For example, he told us that there was only 1 survivor of the Alamo, Emily Dickinson. There are actually at least 15 documented survivors of the Alamo and Emily Dickinson, the writer from Boston, was not among them, but Suzanne Dickinson was. Also was told that the Texas flag is the only flag that can be flown above the US flag. This also isn’t true, the Texas flag is the only state flag that can be flown at the same height as the US flag, but it can’t be flown higher. We had a great time on the tour but it would be worth doing a little research to make sure the guides are all giving factual information.

Laura, our tour guide, is very knowledgeable on paranormal activity in buildings around Old San Antonio. She’s very animated and her story telling skills are awesome! Laura’s assistant, Logan, was interesting to listen to and a fun guy. We were in San Antonio for our 50th wedding anniversary, weekend celebration. The ghost walk tour was our last event of our celebration and we’re very happy we chose the bad wolf ghost walk tour. Thank you and will definitely come again on our next visit.

We had a great time. It did not seem like a long walk with plenty of stopping points for stories. Our host was knowledgeable and a great storyteller. Our group was about 11, much better than other large tours I have been on with other companies.
