Fantastic show and experience, amazing hospitality. Did not expect to the cusom drinks with light up ice cubes and smoke bubbles, so cool.

Great fun for family but tricks are not new. Funny skits though. Just a different small intimate theatre so that’s a plus. They also chose people from audience to participate which is cool. There are a few tricks which are good. There is a pre show. It starts at 2 so be there early. The listing does not tell you that , I had to chat with the Tour operator. Also when waiting to check in, they take one or two groups at a time bc they have to let you up the elevator and give you a card which determines your seating chart. You’ll see later how that works. so it takes a while to get in , so line up early. Show says at 2 30 but it was really 3 pm. Strange.
There is a pre show which includes close up magic , a bartender that does drinks w lighted ice cubes and smoke bubbles. A room where you go and do a scavenger hunt and some exhibits along the way. You can get prizes once you give the staff there your completed scavenger hunt card. The prizes i got were scratch off cards for stuff. I got 2 free drinks ! That’s awesome bc the drinks start at 6 dollars. I b used it at the bar when I left. OH and popcorn is unlimited free !
45 per person is a bit much for tricks you get but it is ok for some that want the intimate theater and pre show.

It was well the admission price. Very entertaining. John Shyrock was the performer. He was very entertaining and kept us in awe. One of the highlights of our trip to San Antonio

Small intimate space, the magicians can see your reactions. A little cheesy at times, but lots of fun. The bartender was the best.

It was Very entertaining and funny!! Loved the experience!! Enjoyed the colored ice cubes in the drink. Also gave it a fun twist to the experience!! Jokes were cute but the magic was phenomenal!!!

Definitely get there early to do fun pre show activities. The service and wait staff are excellent. Great family fun or a fun date idea.

The magic show at Magic Saloon was fantastic!! Definitely worth going! Super organized and the staff is so friendly and helpful! Will go again!! If you are in or even near San Antonio DO NOT miss this show!!!! Magician Harry Mauer was Fantastic!!! My entire family loved it!

The crazy thing is I was actually impressed the whole time.
I went in thinking it was going to be an okay experience and actually had a lot of fun and pretty mind blown. As an adult being mind blown by the magic tricks being performed felt awesome. Would highly recommend for everyone to go.

Ticket time is a half hour before showtime. They ask you to get there no later than a half hour before. We thought that was ticket time, so we were there an hour before. They had a scavenger hunt around the facility. There’s a little magic shop counter and a bar with a wonderful bartender, Oscar. He was great as he entertained us and poured our magical drinks. Free popcorn. Show was great and very interactive. My son loved it.

This was a very family friendly and entertaining experience no matter how you feel about magic. Oscar‘s jokes were hysterical, at least to me and my generation. The staff was friendly, courteous, attentive, entertaining, and helpful in order to make your evening enjoyable. The magicians incorporated audience participation. It is a great experience whether it’s your first or 100 magic show. The entertainment was excellent and amazing. Since different musicians are utilized throughout the year. I hopefully will return multiple times. It was well worth it!

Fun and entertaining evening. The magicians were comedians as well. I was hoping for some fun magical cocktails but only mocktails , beer and wine .

Very entertaining! Oscar with the mustache made fantastic magical mocktails. And the other Oscar was funny and did some amazing card tricks during the preshow. We saw Max for the main show. He was also funny and interactive, lots of audience participation. Very impressive!

Enjoyed the before show activities, the magic show was fun and entertaining. Scott and his opening act were very good!! Funny and kept the crowd involved in the show plus shared some magic secrets!!

The Magic Saloon was amazing. The show was interactive and kept the audience engaged. I loved the magic drinks , free popcorn and mini magic shows prior to the main event. The show was funny throughout and the magic tricks were impressive. While the show itself deserves a 5 star rating, I'm giving the overall experience a 4 because they encouraged us to arrive 30 minutes early, but we stood in line almost 30 minutes, and then there is a pre-show scavenger hunt that dragged on too long. I suggest getting to the theater no sooner than the starting time.

So much fun. Great venue. Old Saloon! Pre show was entertaining with excellent card tricks and Mystery Hunt for a prize. Bartender was awesome. Full of personality. Kept the energy level up! The main act was awesome. One of the best Illusionists I have seen. Engaged so many in the audience. Was a ton of fun and well worth it. Would highly recommend! KIE

The whole evening was such a pleasant surprise! I read great reviews from families, but didn’t know if my husband and I would have the same stellar experience for our date night.
