- The Trolley Tour operates 9am-4pm. The last full tour departs at 4pm and returns at 5:30pm. Second Day FREE. The Go Rio River Cruise runs 10am-10pm every 15-20 minutes. Tour lasts approximately 35 minutes. You can use the Go Rio Ticket on any day. Go Rio Departure locations: Rivercenter: 809 E River Walk. Historia: 706 River Walk. Aztec: 731 River Walk.

Mo! Mo! Mo! He was the best bus driver with his stories and jokes! Sarah also did a great job and some in our group loved Katelyn's extensive knowledge of the history of San Antonio. The boat ride was fun too!

Although there are trolley locations there are no visible signs to stand with times for arrival and departure.

This was a really comfortable and leisurely way to see the San Antonio River walk. As part of a package, the price was really reasonable. A great introduction to the area and history.

We had a great time. Our captain was great. She was so funny. I loved it. We entied the boat ride. The River walked was fantastic. The Troley tour was great.

Great way to see a large chunk of San Antonio! The combo ticket with the trolley and boat, as well as the complimentary consecutive day on the trolley, was a really great value!
Trolley: we have used this trolley company before in Savannah and had a great experience so we decided to give them a try again. Every worker we encountered here was very friendly and personable. The trolley covers a very wide-spread area of San Antonio which we found to be both good and bad. While it did allow you to see things farther out, it inevitably made the “loop” a lot longer to complete. This, in turn, made the hop on/hop off feature less convenient because it required you to put more thought into time management and attraction planning due to the time it took for each bus to get to each stop (less frequently than our previous experience). I’m also unsure if it would even be possible to hop on an off at every stop (if desired) and have the ability to explore with the current trolley schedule. Offering an “express” bus dedicated to those out-lying areas of the pearl/Gardens/zoo or alternatively a bus that stays in the main area of town would be a great way to combat this. It would also be nice if the trolley hours aligned more with some of the attraction hours. For example- the Japanese Tea Garden closes at 5pm but the last pick up time at that location is ~4:30pm.
Boat: this was one of our favorite parts! The convenience of being able to use the ticket any day and time we wanted to was invaluable! It allowed us to work the boat tour into our schedule and not the other way around. We chose a week night around dusk and it was great seeing the lights! It takes you along a good portion of the river walk to areas you likely didn’t even know were there. Beautiful!
All in all, we enjoyed our experience and would recommend this tour combo! With some fine tuning and tweaks what we would consider to be a good experience would become an excellent one!

Easy peasy! Great way to book prior so you don’t have to find where to purchase tickets or wait in any lines! Drivers were all very friendly! Would book again!

Confusion and poor handling of the situation led to taking the river boat cruise at an inconvenient time. I couldn't locate one of the passes so called the number listed on the paperwork for the tour. I was told that they could not help me and I would have to contact Viator. I could not find a direct line to call for Viator assistance. I did eventually print out the pass needed. Although Go Rio has a number of excellent narrators the guide who captained my tour spoke with marbles in his mouth. I got a few words every so often but missed most of the dialog. The trolley tour was mostly a positive experience.

Tour is super convenient and great way to see the top attractions- especially if you enjoy the history and local knowledge. The 2nd day pass is also a great way to revisit places you wanted more time at.

Very nice town. Not a trolley, but a bus. Drivers were very nice. Too few trolleys so long waits vs other cities. Not much to see at some stops. The Market is a must do!

Would highly recommend - meeting places for trolley are easily accessible & a wonderful way to tour the area with stops along the way and the boats have different boarding options along the Riverwalk any time of day is great - in the evening is cooler and you can appreciate the lights - both provided great views & also information - my husband and I give a big thumbs up

Could be hot and sunny, bring a hot for the boat. Bus great, windy day. Almost lost my hair and eye lashes but would have been worth it. Both Rose and Chief were amazing host. Very knowledgeable and funny.

I had a very disappointing experience with this company’s customer service. They were dishonest about the excursions and failed to follow up as promised—they neither returned my phone calls nor sent the emails they had promised. When I requested to speak with a supervisor, I was told he would call back, but that never happened.
Save yourself the frustration: book directly with the excursion company instead to avoid unnecessary hassle.

It is better to book you tickets when you arrive. We presented our Viator QR for the tour and the boat ride at the office. They printed out a QR code for us to use. It worked for the Trolley Tour but when we went to the Boat, they said we needed an additional ticket with a difference QR code. The office was closed and we couldn't get on the boat. Very disappointing.

The hop on hop off trolley is fantastic. It takes you to place in San Antonio that you wouldn’t be able to get to without a car. The drivers were informative and funny. So happy that it’s actually a two day ticket because there’s so much to do.

The tour listing are good. But finding a trolley stop is ridiculous. The City doesn't all9w them to put up signs for stops. So, if get off, be prepared to walk distances to find a trolley. As I told one of the employees, the 4 of us have literally been on all 7 continents. This was the most exasperating service ever.
The trolleys are big, clean and have A/C. The price would be reasonable if you can the list of stops.

River cruise was very fun!
Trolley was good but BEWARE....there are no hop on hop off signs along the route. We waiting at various drop off spots for a bus but didn't know the times. HIGHLY recommend starting at the Alamo to get the bus

We were told to be picked up at a location they no longer pick up at. We called and had to wait for 45 minutes Apparently it was the last stop. We got out and were suppose to wait another 30 minutes We left, later found a trolley and hopped on. Katelyn was fabulous and very informative. We hopped out. Did not do boat. Frustrated after trolley
