- Not wheelchair accessible
- During our tour we will be doing a lot of walking, climbing steps and stairs as well as walking on uneven ground. Comfortable walking shoes are very important. Weather appropriate attire is recommended. We would also encourage you to bring some water to stay hydrated.
- The material discussed during the tour includes stories of murders, suicides and unusual deaths. This might be frightening for some children, so please gauge your child's tolerance of such subjects and plan accordingly.
- Service animals allowed
- Digital and standard photographic cameras are encouraged, as you may capture one of our ghosts. Tour-goers get orbs almost every night. If you do happen to capture anything exciting we would love for you to share it with us.

- Most travelers can participate
- This tour/activity will have a maximum of 40 travelers

We were looking for a tour with someone very knowledgeable about the city and after readings reviews for this tour, we had to check it out! We got Robert and he was great! Sense of humor, knowledgeable, passionate, friendly, an overall great guide!!! Keep your nose up for those life like cigarette smells! lol Thank you for your time and dedication Robert, A+++++!!!

First and foremost, our tour guide, Kaylie, was pleasant, fun, and knowledgeable regarding certain landmarks along the tour. One of the reasons I was interested in this tour was not just checking out more of the city, but learning about some of its darker times in history, and it was worth the price and the walk through the city at night. This tour was the last sightseeing thing we did before attending Spacecon that weekend, and I'd say we ended on a high note. Check it out if you're not afraid of the dark!

Loved the your and guide. He was hilarious! I would just suggest the order of the tour be reserved for single women participants who have to walk back to hotels on the Riverwalk.
This is still a most see tour especially for the price!

We couldn’t find the group. It was extremely hot and WiFi didn’t work in that area. We came from out of town so we don’t know our way around. We kept trying to call with no luck. Then they called us at 930 and said they couldn’t wait for us. Which of course I understand but answering the phone at the time of the tour would have been awesome.
Download the map before you go because there is no service over there and locals will send you to the wrong side of the building

Robert was an amazing tour guide with so much knowledge and energy, he and his stories were the only thing that brought the tour some life. Other than that, it was quite dull. Nothing creepy about it. I suppose I was expecting more, so that's on me. Maybe start out by sending people down a haunted hallway by themselves to set the mood? Try a few more tactics to make it creepy. However, always keep Robert and give that man a raise. He was spectacular.

The tour guide was very knowledgeable but long winded. The tour was not spooky and many people lost interest. We started with like a group of 30 and by the end there was 6 people. It was supposed to be a 2 hour tour but it still wasn’t over so we left.

Our tour guide, David, was fantastic! He was very knowledgeable about the history of the city as well as the paranormal. He even had pictures of apparitions of some of the locations we visited.

We did the 9pm tour with David. He was super passionate about the tour and has been a paranormal investigator for over a decade. He speaks so well that you really want to listen to his stories. It ties in the history of San Antonio of well known people who walk the old historic building. One was even hung and haunts you from his rope. Ask David all the questions you want about the paranormal for real experience answers.

This is a good tour if you’re really in to the history of the “ghosts “ in the town. However, it is not enjoying for those who really want to go into buildings and experience the tour. Mainly walking and talking about buildings not going into them
