They were 30 minutes late, with no signs identifying the tour and no response to our messages. We walked around asking several different drivers for help, but still had no information. We eventually returned to a driver we previously asked, he said he knew the tour operators and that they were running late
Because of the delay, the gardens were closed, and the sun had mostly gone down by the time we reached the vista points, so the views were already dark. At the stops, the drivers provided little to no information about what we were seeing or the history of the locations. They smoked or were on their phones.
The driver aggressively pressured me to leave a review before dropping us off. He told me to pull up my reservation, reached over and clicked on my phone without asking, then told me to leave a review while he stood there. I explained I had limited data and would do it later. He said, “No, you have to do it right now.” I asked if I had to, and he said yes. After going back and forth for about two minutes, not an exaggeration, he rolled his eyes and waved me off.
It was extremely uncomfortable, especially since I still had to get back on the Vespa with him while he was visibly irritated.

Wow! What a way to see Roma. My husband and I had the best time on our private photo tour with Emri and Leo. Our pictures came out amazing and we had so much fun. Highly recommend to anyone who wants to see the views in a spectacular way.

Honestly! This experience thru viator was so worth it. I honestly had a blast. The squad of riders were so accomodating and kind. Explained everything fitted to the creww we were ! So it was adaptable. Honestly. I would highly recommend !!!!!! Eric is a gemmm.

Very fun experience overall! It ran late so it did feel rushed which is the reason for my removing a star, and I’m not sure we hit all the spots. My driver was great though. Thank you, Renaldo (Roni)!

Excellent experience riding in vespa getting to see some parts of rome. Drivers were respectful and fun. Great overall experience and definitely recommend to anyone wanting a ride through some parts of rome.
