It's a big hit. A few hours before the experience, when I could no longer cancel with refund, the travel agent called me and told me that I didn’t have the tickets. I got a high loss and I can't get support from Viator to get my money back. Never recommend. They don't write in the chat that they don't go, they just call and make you an idiot. OH, BAD!!!!
