Misleading advertisement and painfully boring guide

The advertisement included pictures of and listed the Capuchins Crypt as one of the visited sites but then changed the itinerary. That was the reason we booked the tour. In addition, the tour guide was SO boring - you could tell he'd done it a thousand times. He was also condescending and offensive toward the Christian history he was teaching about.

Good morning and we were most concerned about your review since our Underground Rome and Catacombs tour has never included the Capuchin Crypts nor have photos of those ever been on our page. The description of the itinerary is very clear: Domitilla, San Clemente and The Roman Houses. At no point have we changed either the photos or description so suspect that you were looking at other agency options for this tour since many have the Capuchin Crypts on their agenda. At no point have these ever been included on our group or private tours so wonder if you made an error in your booking when settling on your final choice. With so many options listed on this platform, we realise it can be confusing but do feel that our page does clearly set out what is included.
