Was such a fun time! Everything worked out very well and was extremely coordinated. We got our train tickets the day before and had no problem getting to Naples. We went to the meeting point and our driver picked us up. Unfortunately there was an accident that delayed us getting there on time. However, we still had about 4.5 hours on the island. The boat ride over was fantastic. We sat on the bow of the boat and it was definitely the best seat. Our tour guide Roberta was awesome and kind and very helpful. We didn't think we would make it back to Naples to catch our scheduled train on time. However, we left and got back extremely quickly with time to spare before our train arrived. Would very much recommend this tour.

It was a great boat ride (although some of those waves rocked the boat pretty rough) and we got to stop and swim in some of the most beautiful parts of the sea. Capri island felt like being in a separate world from the rest of everything else, very idealic and bright. Make sure to buy something lemon from here! Getting to the right train site was a bit tricky since its very much on your own to get there. Me and a few passengers almost got off the wrong stop but thankfully I had done another trip on the same stop so I knew where we needed to go. Our captain and crew were very accommodating and alert, definitely would love to do this again but with family!

Don’t depend on a train to take to anywhere!

This would have been the highlight of my trip to Italy but we never got to go. The trains were delayed due to an issue they had and our trip was cancelled. I really would have loved the option to still go but leave later in the day but that was not an option as “the transfer driver can only wait until 9”. I am not going to be dramatic and say this ruined my honeymoon, but honestly I was extremely disappointed about not being able to go. I could not reschedule as offered because we are leaving too soon.

The boat ride was amazing! Our skipper Luca was fabulous! We thought we paid for a snorkeling trip. We only stopped for 5 minutes in the water. Very disappointed about that. We even bought the snorkeling gear from them. 40 euros wasted!

Incredible tour. They really take care of the clients. From tickets to pick up at train station and on the boat, every single team member was on time and did an excellent job. We had plenty of snacks and beverage offerings and once in a lifetime view of several grottos! This is a must do trip!! The boat was in excellent condition and the captain was very competent in driving the boat. The skipper was great at hospitality and providing information about the sights!

We didn't go. When I booked, it said it ends at 11 30am. But when i receives the ticket instructiins, it said we are coming back at 8pm. This was not okay with us as we had a conflict. I tried to reach out and cancel but i could not. I would like a refund please.

The trip was OK. We appreciated the help with the train tickets. We waited around a long time to start, which made us end up getting back later than expected. The guide did not speak English well, another passenger ended up translating. We were not taken to the main part of the area, and was not given enough time to travel to the main area from where we were. I would have preferred less time touring in the boat and more time on land.

This was a great experience, but a long one. It was worth it. You take the train there and then a bus ride to the boats. Then we have to take a water taxi to the check-in area. After checking in you get on the boat for the tour on the water and then spend time in Capri. Our guides on the boat were amazing, and we had a great group. It wasn't too crowded. Food and drinks were provided! We had time to take pictures and swim to cool off. The only reason I did not give full stars is because we had 4 hours in Capri, which I feel was a little too long. 2 hours would be perfect because by the time we got back to the check in station they had to change our train tickets back to Rome so we didn't get back until `11:44PM and it was the 2 hour train ride instead of the 1hr train ride we had to get up there when we were supposed to get back around 9PM. I still have to contact Viator about this because it definitely altered our plans getting back so late. The organization should have told the guides that we needed to be back in enough time to Catch our train. Other than that it was great.

Although there were issues with docking the boat at Capri, the day overall was spectacular. It was so unreal to experience such scenery 😍 we just kept saying I can't believe this is real! The boat drivers were so patient with my 60 yr old mom who went swimming off the boat and then couldn't climb back on by herself! Their gracious persistence and compassion sold me!

This is probably my favorite tour we did in Italy. And I booked it as almost an afterthought because we had an extra day when I got everything else scheduled. Definitely go. The boat ride from Sorento was great. Our captain, Peppe, was very personable and nice. Our guide, Mariano, was excellent! We did swim even though the water was cold but it still amazing. On Capri, we opted for the private bus on suggestion from some other reviewers. It worked out perfectly. The bus took us to Anacapri where we found a nice restaurant and had an amazing lunch then down to Capri where we shopped a little and appreciated the view. Everything went without a hitch on our trip. We would definitely do that again, although more likely we will stay on Capri next time after loving it from this tour. The only odd thing, our family was not put together on all of the train. Luckily the trains weren’t too full and people didn’t mind trading, but I’m not sure why that happened.

Memorable Capri Experience

To begin with the logistics of the tour were first rate. Tour staff made sure we had all the information and knew where each leg of our journey would begin and end. Each and every member of the tour group were extra nice and went above and beyond to make our experience in Capri as memorable as possible. Our captain and first mate Nello and Luisa were exceptionaly nice and skilled at making the boat tour the best we have ever had. From the big things like making everyone have a safe and comfortable journey to the smaller things like providing a taste of Italy with champagne and limoncello. They both truly enjoy their work and make the tour so much fun. Seeing all the grottoes and seascapes were amazing but we also had lots of shore time to enjoy the wonderful sights in Capri. Lots of free time in both Capri and Ana Capri allowed us to soak in the coastal atmosphere and never want to leave. The entire experience with You Know! was fabulous. We would recommend this to anyone and hope to return ourselves.

I had a wonderful time on this tour. Roberta and Francesco were amazing on the boat! They made my 50th birthday amazing and the train ride from Rome to the pickup in Naples was a smooth transfer. I would suggest taking a taxi around the city and prepare to spend $150 Euro or more! Overall the tour was magnificent!!

Our tour began very early @7am to take the express train from Rome to Napoli that took about an hour. We are from LA, CA so very unfamiliar with the trains, language and signage found the train workers to be unhelpful people so it was close we nearly missed the train. Once arrived in Napoli we were greeted by nice gentlemen on the team who held a signage with my name so that was calming. Then we rode in a clean and comfortable air conditioned van where after picking up about 13 others from various pickups we made it to the boat. The boat was very nice , clean , comfortable , upscale and well kept, beautiful leather with gorgeous wood. The two young boating crewman were skilled efficient, polite & professional. They explain the tour expectations and provided safety information. Then We were on our way. This was one of the best boating excursions I have had the pleasure of experiencing. The views were amazing, we took pictures in the heart shapes cave, and the three big rocks pillars in the sea and every hill & cliff and mansions and numerous yachts. Then we went swimming and snorkeling in the Mediterranean Sea that was turquoise and salty and a dream. We made to Capri Island were we had about 4 hours to shop, dine. I ate the best grilled sea bass about 2 feet long, with grilled zucchini and mussels stew in a fish broth and wine several glasses of wine from Sicily. Then we shopped at a the boutiques where I purchased very Italian chef aprons for the cooks in my family, Capri designer style dress socks for the fashionably dressing men and Capri designer caps for the young casual men. We walked and took in all the sites. On the way back the crewman shared a couple of glasses of a delightful lemon Liqueur alcohol beverage that we sipped on while enjoying more breathe taking beautiful scenic views on our way back to Napoli. At age 60& 65 these two seniors of color thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. We were able to experience the life of the rich and famous for a day to be remembered forever. We had a wonderful time out on the beautiful Waters in the boat. We were a little nervous because we never got our train tickets till the night before so just be patient and wait for them. We left from Rome on a fast track train, upon arriving our driver was standing there waiting for us with a sign. The traffic in Naples is crazy stay calm. Upon arriving at the boat our tour guide was standing there waiting for us, took us to the boat, explained everything and went out for the day. the weather was beautiful. Alex our tour guide was friendly, funny. entertaining and made us have a great day. Our daughter got a little seasick he did everything to try to make her feel better. Only thing I would say is if you want to swim more than shop make sure you clarify that upfront and tell him that. our group wanted to swim more than shop and we didn't tell him that until we got back. Swimming was limited because of time. Also make sure you have all your belongings before you leave the boat as chances of getting them back are slim to none. I never did get my sunglasses back and I heard somebody else lost one of their belongings

I highly recommend this tour. The high speed train was key to get us to Naples saving travel time. This allowed more time to explore Capri. Francesco was very attentive and spoke English pretty well. This was my favorite tour by far.

tuve inconvenientes en los mail que me mandaron no me adjuntaron los boletos de tren y tuve que pagar yo el de ida para poder llegar porque sino perdía toda la excursión completa después el guía ya en cap´ri hizo que me mandaran los de regreso por lo cual les solicito que me devuelvan el importe que pague porque me cobraron 49 euros por cada uno mas una multa pague en total 112 euros mi nro de reserva era el BR 730852022 hice reclamos por telefonos
