Enjoyed the museum but a little long. Sitting Chapel was amazing but was not warned about no pictures in the Chapel. WAS asked to to put away camera and the verbally attacked by a visitor. Left and never could fund the entrance to the St. PEITER Bacillica. So we left. No one would help us find it. The pointed us to exit the building. Will never go back there again!!!!

Skip the line was a good idea however since this tour was not a guide tour it made it difficult to navigate. I would recommend skip the line and a guide or audio.

Had such a great time on this experience. We went at 8:30 a.m. and had the halls almost to ourselves. I am guessing that is due to the early time slot. We also were not part of a large guided tour and were able to slip past all of them on the way in. The path to the Sistine Chapel is so beautiful. The beauty and lack of crowd make it a pretty magical experience. My boys said it ended up being their favorite tour.

There were not enough tickets when we got there and we had to wait. The experience of getting the tickets was hectic, but once we got in everything was great.

I feel ripped off

Guide was good but company is bad-Viator advertised a price and we booked. The morning of tour-when it was too late to book another tour-vendor told us price went up!??? They charged us an extra $100! Euro to do the tour. If the price was higher it should have been advertised that way. Viator would not refund the difference. Bait and switch! This was second problem with Viator in this trip! Use Get Your Guide instead!

The memorable part of the story was that after confirming/paying for our tickets the day before we arrived @ the check in point from the email confirmation to find the office closed. Luckily the store owner next door was able to contact the 3rd party that sold the tickets. Somehow after being told over the phone that they didn't have any tickets for us, someone else from this company arrived and got us tickets without the audio portion

Firstly, every clients need to come on time in their given meeting place besides we called our clients before 1 or 2 hours that you have booking with us about their tickets services and their meeting point where it is and what time. So, why you write such comment i dont know. Please be ideal and honest in your life path.
