Please note that Colosseum and Vatican Museums Tickets from 2024 are nominative and each traveler must present a valid passport or ID document that matches the full name provided at the time of booking, it will not be possible to change the name on it. In case of mismatch with the identity document, or not presenting a valid ID document at the Check Control, the access will be denied from each Official Management Check Control Staff and no refund will be issued.

Vatican Tour Option: A dress code is required to enter places of worship and select museums. No shorts or sleeveless tops allowed. Knees and shoulders MUST be covered for both men and women. You may risk refused entry if you fail to comply with these dress requirements. No refunds or discounts will be issued
Vatican Tour Option information: St. Peter's Basilica might be unavailable on Wednesday morning due to the weekly Papal Audience or, in rare occasions, it could be closed or not accessible without notice. In these cases you'll spend a full 3 hours touring to the Vatican Museums and Sistine Chapel. It is over our control, so no refunds or discounts will be issued
We regret that we are unable to accommodate guests with wheelchairs or any impairments requiring special assistance. We are also unable to accommodate strollers or baby carriages on our group tours
