Complete disappointment

This was a horrible experience. We looked for our tour guide for a half an hour before starting time, at the correct meeting place, that was confirmed by the other travel groups. We could not find our representative no one ever showed up and our tickets went to waste and we had to buy new tickets! Would never book with Weider again. Plus we try to contact them and the offices were always closed. Go figure.
