Great Vatican/Sisten Chapel Tour

The stars given are for Freddy our tour guide not the company. We did most of the tours. Not happy that we were not able to tour the Colosseum because the company could not find tickets for the day we requested. Not sure why this happened because we reserved this a month ago!

Left feeling disappointed

We enjoyed the Vatican tour, however the vendor was not able to provide the Colosseum portion, which was very disappointing. And, we were not adequately refunded for what was missed. The amount we paid for the Vatican was ridiculous for the wait and large group tour we received. In the future, I will be careful with booking full day excursions with multiple activities unless the vendor has confirmed they have tickets for everyone in advance otherwise you don't get money's worth. The vendor told us that if he couldn't get Colosseum he would refund that part, but the refund was so minimal. And Viator would not refund any of their commission so we definitely lost money. We should've just cancelled when Colosseum tour was in question and rebooked a separate Vatican only tour. For the money we paid, we could've had a more personalized experience for sure!
