Great concept, better communication needed on how to start the game

The concept is great however it wasn't clear that there would be no guide on the ground at the meeting point so time was wasted here meaning it was dark in the park before we could complete, we had to abandon. Clearer information warning that the game starts at the meeting point should have been given. Also the paperwork was confusing premium and highlights envelopes so we were unsure which to use

Hi Joanna the instruction for checkin are very simple and clear (it is just to click on a link when arrived at the starting point) and there is no mention anywhere about the need to meeting anyone so i am sorry if you got confused but the confusion is surely not generated from the instruction . In addition we also provide an helpline online that includes the checkin process and a phone number available any time to be called in case of any issue ...Having said that we are sorry if your experience has not been in line with your expectiation .

Totally off the tourist trail!!! It is neat to be among the locals and you try to follow the clues. Note-remember you can ask for help - several activities were blocked (construction and impromptu fashion show) but we were still able to finish Wild FOX

The concept is very good and the puzzles are cleverly interwoven with the Villa Park well. For us, the game was too long and we ended up abandoning it before we finished. I wouldn't recommend this trip if you have any walking issues, it is A LOT of walking back and forth. Overall though was great and a cool different way to explore the environment.

Fun challenge that fell flat

My family really enjoyed this initially. A fun adventure for my 11 and 13 year old boys who may have gotten bored in the park otherwise. It’s definitely a commitment so be prepared to spend up to 3 hours. We were disappointed by the end. 2 of the stations were no longer accessible and the last 2 took us far away from the Borghese Gardens to a random and unattractive part of town. There was no prize or finale which was a let down after all that time and challenge.

We are very sorry that in some way our activity was disappointing for you, at least in the last part... undoubtedly for kids of your children's age a 3-hour journey is tiring but this is clear at the time of booking. As for one of the two stages, which you say is not accessible, we had warned you of its temporary unavailability... the other was, if I remember correctly, the Tiber embankment which was inaccessible due to the rain. As for the finale, you should have received a souvenir photo of your experience taken at check in, as long as you checked in exactly at the point indicated in the confirmation email. However, we renew our regret for not having satisfied you completely!

We visit as a family with two children 12 and 13 years old. The experience was excellent and we really enjoyed it, even though we didn't manage to complete it (after 3 hours) cause it was raining on and off the whole time.

It is definitely an interesting way to explore, but there is definitely a lot to improve. When we came to the clue that was supposed to be found by boat, we asked the guy that was getting people in the boats what should we do, he told us to wait on the line in front the cashier, so we did for about 15-20 minutes, and after that the cashier showed us a green pipe and told us to fill it with water and see the animal and we did, and came back to him and he told us “ok bye”. Turns out that the boat ride is not nearly guaranteed when they are busy. So that was quite disappointing. There definitely should be some kind of compensation when people are not getting one of the reasons they booked this game with you and not someone else. Also the clues are not as clear as they should be, as the park is really big, and if you don’t quite get what you are looking for, you can spend a lot of time just wondering through.

Nice way to spend a few hours in the park

This was a great way to go around the Villa Borghese and keep a couple of teenage boys entertained for a couple of hours. It's a ton of walking and took us about 3 hours, which was a little too long for us. Also some of the clues were not as specific as we would have liked. But all in all- would recommend.

The begin of the game was difficult: the informations were in the documentation, but not easily visible. And need to connect to a website by phone with registration number; by the term "meeting point" we thunk that a person will give us instructions in paper format.. So we waited before we've seen the mailbox (green on green).. THE PROCESS COULD BE SIMPLIER: an SMS with a clear message to enter the code (directly given in SMS !) on a digicode on a green mailbox at the meeting point.. With support we began 25 minutes after the hour, and in a bas mindset.. we cancel the game at 45 minutes. A man ask us moner for the boat; it's indicated but when you pay for 4 people, all must be included.. discussion, loss of time... not funny with a temperature of 36° in august in Roma..

I am sorry to say but this is the typical example of a review that does not help anybody since there are no explanation on what has been the problem …the game in itself has been done from around 18000 people so I would not say that the instructions are not clear since they are clear for thousand and thousand of people . It claims that there is no presence of the organizer where nowhere it is claimed that it should be expected anyone from us and by the way it really not needed since we are providing both an online helpline with suggestions and solutions for each single station and a phone helpline in case of real trouble but we have not received any call during this experience . Unfortunately we could not finish the route, too many in a short time considering, it had rained and it was not possible to ride the boat because the same were full of water and the manager told us we should wait at least an hour, also there was a demonstration of vintage cars and the road on which we had to read the numbers was full of people and parked cars. At Raphael's house, when we arrived there was a religious service in front of the entrance and we did not approach so as not to disturb. Experience certainly fun but not recommended on Sunday if you want to be able to finish the route.

Salve Eleonora ci dispiace della vostra esperienza negativa ma mi sento di dire che dare un valutazione cosi negativa per fattori che francamente non dipendono da noi e dalla organizzazione del gioco ci sembra molto severo : sulla pioggia purtroppo possiamo fare poco e comunque è la prima volta che capita quanto hai descritto da 5 anni che siamo aperti , le manifestazione a villa borghese ci sono spesso e non pregiudicano lo svolgimento del gioco , la casina di raffaelllo prevede una doppia installazione interna ed esterna proprio per prevedere il caso che non sia possibile entrare .... La domenica la villa è certamente molto frequentata ma complessivamente non ci sono mai problemi a completare il gioco ed anzi si vive un atmosfera festosa con mille attività che animano la villa . Avete ritenuto comunque di darci una valutazione cosi severa e ne prendiamo atto ma ci permettiamo di dissentire fermamente . Un saluto

I am sorry to say but this customer was not even able to understand how to get the paper instructions at the beginning of the game so they tried to do the game only using the helpline ..of course they did not understood anything and instead of recognizing their error they are blaming us . Teilweise waren leider schon viel zu viele Hinweise im Text, wodurch es nicht schwer war, die Rätsel zu lösen. Die Kooperationspartner wirkten sehr lustlos und haben die Lösungen direkt verraten ohne, dass wir danach fragten. Eine der Aufgaben war unserer Meinung nach nicht lösbar. Wir würden es eher für 10-12 jährige Kinder empfehlen und nicht für Erwachsene.
