My family of 5 arrived at 7:15am as instructed to learn that our tour didn’t exist! Despite multiple email and what’s app reminders, and being charged the full amount, we received not even an apology from Viator or Italy Wonders. Unbelievable. Terrible. Zero stars obviously.
