Nice experience. Our tour operator was present at location and upgraded our tour. Will recommend to make bookings thru him.

Guide did not show. We waited with others and no one arrived. I have asked for a refund and not heard from anyone.

The entrance to the Colosseum was quick and easy. The palatine Hill and the Forum was a disaster! I went to the workers in the yellow vests, as directed by the tour guide, and was told that everyone waits in line. I showed her I had skip the line tickets and she reiterated that EVERYONE waits in line. Same thing at the next entrance. By the time I got to my third entrance and saw the line, I called the company. They reluctantly sent someone who got us to a secret entrance,(I couldn’t have guessed and they never told us). He even said they should have told you this entrance number. We wasted an hour of our precious and limited time in Rome. FALSE ADVERTISEMENT!!

As you may recall, upon meeting at the designated point, our staff provided you with detailed instructions on how to enter the Colosseum using the reservations we had arranged. We also informed you about the security checks in place. Additionally, we gave you a visual explanation with the map and explained the access points for the Palatine Hill and Roman Forum. However, it appears that there was a misunderstanding, and you unfortunately waited in the wrong line to enter the Palatine Hill and Roman Forum. Instead of using the designated access gate, you joined the line for those purchasing tickets. We were happy to help when you contacted us, and we promptly sent someone to escort you to the correct access gate. Thankfully, this allowed you to enter with minimal delay and no waiting time. We would like to take this opportunity to acknowledge that there may have been a miscommunication on our part, which we regret. We strive to provide clear and concise instructions to our customers, and we appreciate your understanding in this matter. Thank you
