The greatest tour of the ancient Roman Empire!

It was a wonderful tour! The entrances were seamless, we got to skip the lines. The guide was very knowledgeable, and the storytelling was great, felt like we were actually there. We learned a lot about the Colosseum and the Roman Forum, 100% would do it again. Highly recommend.

This was a sham

The tour never happened. Got to the meeting point almost an hour early, doors were locked, no one there. After about 20 min we started messaging the tour guide, no answer, then we started messaging Viator, no answer till after the tour was to start. They were no able to help me get on another tour. They refunded the money, however we will never be on this part of the world again, and have missed our opportunity to experience the colosseum. Very, very unhappy with Viator.
