Roberto was EXCELLENT. We requested to meet first thing in the morning and he navigated us and curated our experience based on what we were interested in. My husband and I are seasoned travelers so we didn't want to dilly dally in a large group. A private tour is an excellent way to go. You really learn a lot and we enjoyed the entirety of the tour. This tour also includes a walk to the Palatine hill and the gardens. Roberto is very knowledgeable and pointed out several things that a normal tour would either walk by or you would miss if you're on a self tour. He's very fluent in English and is a funny guy (even the dad jokes). Initially I was a little skeptical right after booking as it has no cancellation policy and there was little communication with the booking company. However, a few days before our reservation we were reached out to and with no problem found the meeting point and our guide. I would highly recommend booking this over other private tours options.
