I agree with that other reviews that the meeting location was hard to find. Our guide was grumpy during the tour, which is out of the ordinary for other tours I have done through Viator, where they are typically upbeat and lively. It was great to ‘skip the line’ so would recommend to go that route over waiting in very long and hot lines.

It was ok- compared to other tours, the employees were not that friendly, the guide was not that friendly, yelled at the group a few times when we didn’t understand his mumbled directions, and generally seemed like he would rather be somewhere else. Good to skip the line and for a quick view, but waiting and renting the audio headset ourselves probably would have been just as good, if not better.

Great tour for a very hot day. An hour was enough and our guide was great, she provided plenty of history of the colosseum with a nice mix of what daily life in Rome would have been like.

We could not find the guide at the meeting location. We walked to the office and someone walked us back to guide who gave us our tickets and walked a away for 20 minutes. We started late and he told us very little about the coliseum- mostly tried to crack jokes and insult people from other countries. Would not do again

I would recommend this tour for anyone who is looking for a quick history lesson on the Colosseum. We only had one day in Rome before heading to our cruise, and this was the perfect tour for us!

It was great to skip the long line. However, the guide did not seem to know history and was not interesting. We ended up leaving the group and walking around on our own.

We had a tour that lasted between 1-2 hours. Our guide was great! We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves and got to see all the cool parts of the Colosseum. Great way to fit this awesome attraction into a busy visit to Rome.

No clear instructions for meeting point. Email said to download ticket or to email voucher. We had a difficult time finding the meeting point as we are new to the country. Another party of four missed their tour time as well looking for the tour guide. There was never a name of the office to meet at just a location. I will never recommend this tour company again. We have used Viator with no problem before of after this tour. Terrible customer communications, they did not email us until 45 minutes after the tour meeting time and the phone conversion did not work. We had to go and buy our own regular tickets and was able to go on our trip to the coliseum. My credit card company will dispute the charge for a service we never received. They did not even offer to let us join late. Terrible service and a rip off!!!!!!!

We selected this tour and were very pleased. The tour guide was very informative and did not rush us and was happy to answer questions. I am glad we booked the tour with a guide as we did learn a lot more about the Colosseum.

Der Guide war ganz ok, spassig, nur die Organisation vorher war eine Katastrophe. Der Treffpunkt war schwer zu finden, wir wurden nicht direkt empfangen, weil ein Kunde vor uns Probleme hatt und dann hiess es ( dadurch ) wir wären zu spät gekommen.
Nach einem kleinen Disput hat es dann trotzdem geklappt. zu 7Hills gehen wir nicht mehr !
