I am writing about our Fall Foliage Boat Tour. This tour was rescheduled due to anticipated rain and winds. The day of about an hour prior it was raining, cloudy, and windy. I texted asking if it was raining at the harbor and the response was "no, the tour is still on
". It rained the entire time we were on the boat with zero visibility. Additionally, no other boats were out on the water due to the lack of visibility and poor weather. This was a very subpar experience for over $600. I use Viator for tours all over the country and this was more than disappointing. It would have been better to properly assess the weather and cancel.
All of that said, the crew was nice enough, but it was awkward as there was zero to see.
I was refused a refund which is disappointing.
