When booking a private transfer from the Portland (PDX) Airport to Downtown Portland and the surrounding areas you will need to provide your flight details and your destination hotel name and address so that we have accurate information to meet you at the proper pickup time and get you to your correct destination (please choose carefully from the list of destinations we offer). I know there are much cheaper options for travel to and from the airport, but with my husband on oxygen is was wonderful to get a text from the driver and walk out to the car waiting for you. Very prompt, and even waited for us a few minutes when we had an unexpected delay. I would highly recommend this service.

Paid for the transfer with a meet and greet, but it wasn’t meet and greet like others I have had elsewhere. We got our luggage and then had to go find the car/driver outside based on a text message from him. Not sure if this was the fault of the driver or the company. Regardless, the driver was on time, the car was clean but not the town car expected (it was a well maintained Kia Sportage), and the driver was pleasant.

The car did not show up. I called the first number 866 666 6666 to register and inform the service the plane was late. I was told this was not a problem and to call the second number when I got to the airport. I told the person I had a Costa Rica phone that did not work in the US and was informed there were pay phones everywhere and it was a toll free call. Well, no one at the airport new were these pay phones were and I borrowed the cell phone from the wheel chair attendant my wife is disabled d. around midnight and got a recorded message. When I did get someone on the phone I was told that I did not register properly and they would not send a car, but that my card would still be charged. Both people I spoke with were incredibly rude and unhelpful. As I've already been told twice by your representatives that the charges would stand, I'll take it up with American Express Platinum were I have had an account since 1977 to contest the charges. I will tell you that is it hard to understand how you can stay in business with this kind of service.
