When booking a private transfer from your hotel to the Portland (PDX) Airport you will need to provide us with your hotel address information ( please choose the correct location from the list of choices given) and your departure time so that we have accurate information to meet you at the proper pickup time and get you to the airport on time.. The type of vehicle you ordered will arrive shortly before your scheduled pickup time so you will have plenty of time to get your luggage loaded. Your transfer will be confirmed within 24 hours of booking, and you will be provided with a travel voucher to present to the driver. Price is per group, based on three passengers per sedan, five per sports utility vehicle and 8 passengers for a larger van. It's that easy!

What To Expect

Driver needs to touch base with client

This driver didn't touch base with us beforehand to let us know he would be there. He showed up right at 5am. But the other driver picking us up at the airport touched base & so did our driver for our coastal tour.

Very bad vibes from Viator!

Viator did not honor our reservation on the trip out (a transfer we had scheduled and PAID FOR!!!) from PDX to a Downtown Portland hotel. So, we cancelled the reservation for the return trip. Viator did not pass the concellation on to it's on-line booking system. We have a cancellation number. Stop bothering us. Your organization does not deliver the services it promises AND only ends up harassing those of us you let down!

Cancelled at the last minute

I made my reservation the day before my flight and the company cancelled 10 minutes before my scheduled pick-up. Thank goodness another couple was leaving the hotel in an Uber and they let me ride with them or I would’ve missed my flight.
