Tiffany was a great hostess!! She was very knowledgeable about the history of Portland, how and why the spirits of the city are hanging around. My favorite was Fire Chief Dave. I love spooky but I love a good guy more!

The tour began and ended with beers, but thought we’d have tastings and 3-5 places. The guide was personable and fun but the content was thin, learning almost nothing and standing outside of most areas to hear stories of possible ghost sightings. It was not as advertised.

Tiffany was very confident and prepared for the tour. Tiffany was ready to pivot and also identified when one in our party was concerned about the environment and took time to verify she was ok.

Our tour guide, Madison, made this such an unforgettable tour! She was so full of fun facts and so enthusiastic about sharing what she knew, it was contagious! The tour itself was great, taking us along several known hotspots and historical points of interest. As if that wasn’t enough, you start AND end it with local beers…winner winner! I highly recommend this tour and would absolutely do it again in the future.

this tour is in one of the worst sections of portland. impaired folks on street spitting/ using and tour stopped at them still to speak. The risk and initial exposure to was not enjoyable even though the history was fun. only spent 30 minutes on this tour due to unpredictable street behavior of others.

We were able to get in touch with Leslie and provide her a refund. Unfortunately this guest has a bad experience with a person on the street. This was an extremely rare event and it is not a dangerous area as they have indicated. We have been doing this tour for over 10 years and we have never had a safety issue. We can’t control the people that guests may encounter on the tour but we do offer a refund if people are not satisfied.

Being with my family while hearing ghost tales of the area and sharing samples of beer. Tour guid was hard to hear and was not to knowledgeable about the beer samples. Thought (because of add pictures) we were going under ground. But we made the most of it and talked with some really nice people in the toor.

Tour guide was a great guy, but so soft spoken for a group of 20 people in a not quite setting. He often started talking at the stops before we all arrived, so I missed multiple moments of information. The sites themselves were pretty underwhelming, nothing new you haven't seen walking around the Saturday market.
He was a knowledgeable tour guide and our group enjoyed ourselves talking at the end of the tour. Glad I went to but was disappointed in the tour.

The beer was good, guide was great, evening fun. Watch out for homeless lurking on streets. The key pub for the night — Kells Pub — was closed that night so we really felt we missed out on the best part. Republic Restaurant almost made up for it because we heard some first hand account ghost haunting.

Our tour was cancelled due to a Covid exposure. I hope we are getting a refund. Very disappointed. We found our own brewery instead.

This was a great and fun way to get to know Portland! Tiffany, our guide, had the perfect blend of story telling, history, and spookiness. We appreciated how the tour kicks off with a flight of beer be what it loosened the group up. I’d highly recommend this tour. Plus, the beer at Olde Town Pizza was BOMB!!

Fun and informative, makes a great introduction to Portland's history, with an emphasis on death and disaster and a few good ghost stories too. Kells was a pleasant pub with a good selection of brews offered during the tour.

Amazing tour of some of the coolest pubs with links to the Shanghai tunnels. Katy, the tour guide was awesome! She was a wealth of information and a great storyteller. I learned tons about Portland and the creepier side you don't get often. We went to two awesome pubs (one a pizza place) and toured the basements in both. We also walked around the city a bit and got to know spooky stories about famous people and events that took place along the path. The beer was great and the company even better!

This tour was full of history, legend, folklore and accounts of actual ghost sightings and interactions. Photos from tour guests that seemed to capture images, apparitions and silhouettes were also shared in an upbeat way with both serious and lighthearted delivery. I knew nothing about Portland when I went and learned a lot. Plus sampled some great brews, met great people and shared some laughs. I thoroughly enjoyed this tour and highly recommend it. I went on this tour as a group of 4 people while on a conference for work. The tour consisted of 10 people and we visited one bar where we enjoyed 3 (~5 oz) beers, then walked around touring the city to finish at one last bar where we tasted 3 more beers. Katie was our guide and she was excellent - she was funny, passionate, personable and knowledgeable. Although the tour’s description and the start point’s positioning kind of suggests that you would visit 6 different bars and you only visit 2, I would recommend this tour.

This tour was very informative. I liked the small group atmosphere. We captured a lot of activity. I had a book fall on me in the cigar bar and my wife had something touch her hip. Also captured a chain moving on its own and it was verified with an emf detector in the Shanghai Tunnels. Scott our guide was very good.

Arrived at Keli Pub for tour - had to go downstairs in the cigar room to meet up with rest of tour group! Very smokey, no windows - just a fan . If you are sensitive to smoke - not the place to be. Had 4 tastings of beer before we finally went outside. started to get headache from smoke Mykaela was our guide, very knowledgeble of the haunts of Portland , and a good sense of humor ! Walked around the nearby streets to the haunted ones and she told the story behind each haunt. Ended up at Old Town Pizzeria, which also is haunted - ordered pizza which they burnt - but didn't charge us and their famous garlic knots with garlic beer dip - but they ran out of dip ! So disappointing on the food , but other than the smokey cigar room - good tour
