Waste of time. Couldn't download the app.

I couldn't download the app on my phone and my 15 year old son also couldn't get it on his phone. I tried to call customer support but had no luck getting past the prompts to press 1, 2 or 3. Finally I emailed the support number, waited a few minutes and gave up. They emailed me later but I had already started doing something else. Waste of my time and money but my family had a great time anyway.
