The experience was great. Our tour guide, Ben, from Big Wheels tours, was excellent. He was knowledgeable and showed us all the highlights of the park. We even got to take a short hike and see the living desert.

It’s a casual guided tour you can take at your own pace that shows where the stars lived. The last stop is Frank Sinatra’s grave site. We did not go on to visit the Coachella Valley preserve area as it is closed during the week.

It was a good tour and we got to see a lot of movie star homes; however, where we started from it led us to Frank Sinatra's house then onto his gravesite which was out of the way of the other stars' homes, so we drove back to Palm Springs and did that tour. It was fun seeing all of the homes and the narrator did a good job of explaining things. We were just disappointed that we didn't get to all the homes first before going to the cemetery.

The set up is not very intuitive. A new user should not have to train on the nuances of it operation. I finally got it to work about an hour into it and after my calls for help went to voice mail. It should e clear up front what apps you need to download. Not ready for prime time

A bit confusing at 1st, but once you get the hang of the app, it's pretty genius. My tour canceled due to high wind. The celebrity homes were #2 on my list and I was extremely disappointed when they canceled. But this app was a game changer. Informative, easy to follow once you get used to it, and a great bang for your buck. I would definitely recommend.

No easy way to get back on the tour if you make a wrong turn. And it doesn't tell you if you make a wrong turn. It took us 30 minutes to find a stop on the tour that we could reconnect with.

a little difficult to navigate - and it doesn't coordinate with apple car play - so you are always putting addresses in google maps and finding the houses. We had just a bit of trouble getting it started, but after that it worked fine. It will be better when they link it up to Android Auto, where you can see it on your NAV instead of only your phone. The stories are interesting and it's nice to drive at your own pace. For the price, it's a good value.

Very good and informative self-guided tour! I learned a lot about Palm Springs and how this desert city evolved. We didn't have time to see everything on the list, but we completed a good portion of the tour. We will complete the tour next time we're in town.
