The tour was so fun and informational. Our Tour Guide knew so much about Palm Springs, the houses, its famous and infamous past and present residents. She seemed passionate about what she did and added a lot of humor to her telling. She was fabulous. One of the other passengers said he wish he had a recording of all she said on the tour and we all agreed.

This is a great experience for a good overview of Palm Springs. With info about the Indian tribes that were here long before the town became a celebrity haven, a bit of local geology and geography, the history of Palm Springs Village and a tour of the old neighborhoods and celebrity homes, and recommendations for dining and shopping, our guide was extremely knowledgeable and entertaining.

Our tour guide made this an extremely enjoyable and informative experience. She took us, in just beyond 90 minutes, a brief history of Palm Springs as the 'playground of the stars'. We especially liked seeing many, many homes of former and living stars in the The Movie Colony, as well as details about the residents' time in Palm Springs, unique details of their lifestyles, and interesting facts about the lovely modernist architecture throughout the city. The guide was extremely informed and had a nice sense of humor. My only edit would have been a few stops where we could have gotten out to get a little closer look at some of the homes. I'm not sure if this is a limitation of the tour itself, or of policies imposed by the city/residents themselves. But it was a very enjoyable tour nonetheless. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking to familiarize themselves with the beautiful city of Palm Springs and the homes of its many famous residents!

Lots of information. Maybe too much. I hated when I went back to look at pictures I couldn’t remember whose house was what. Would have liked to get out of car and take pictures.

Despite asking if it would be ok to bring along a two month old we were ejected from the tour. We were five ladies and a two month old. Prior to the start of the tour the owner/tour guide asked if the baby was going to cry. The response from the new mother was I don’t know I can’t control that. The owner said I know that. (?? Why ask). Shortly into the tour the baby began to cry. The tour guide/owner said you all need to get off the bus. The other three guests said it’s really not a problem. Nope. You have to leave. It’s your business and you can run it the way you want. The attitude and disrespect you demonstrated is really the issue. AND the fact that you still want to charge us full price which is a joke. I can’t tell you how the tour is but I can tell you that the owner of this establishment isn’t a very nice person

When a tour has a problem, it is upsetting and sad for all. Fortunately this is a one off situation and a look at the many past reviews will show that to be fact.
When they called the morning of the tour to say they were bringing a two month old baby, we left two messages saying please no, but if so we would charge for a seat. Because they had given us the phone number of someone not going, they did not receive the messages. When they came with the baby, trying to make the best of it, I said I would not charge them but was concerned the baby would cry and disrupt the tour. They should have arranged a private tour, not just expected a baby could be added at the last minute.
Barely into the tour the little one began, not to cry, but to scream. The very nice other paying passengers moved closer to the microphone, but it was impossible for both them and me. I took the mother back to their car, and she actually said she understood. The other adults in her party were not asked to leave, but chose to not take the tour. These were five seats that were held by a reservation and that could not be sold, a substantial loss that was not our fault. Hopefully, when the dust settles, we can all just be sorry it was a disappointment for all of us.

We were driven around Palm Springs in a very nice small bus to see the homes of stars, both current and past. The guide was very good at describing who lived where and gave some insights into the stars themselves. She also told us things she knew about the city and living there.

Wonderful and comfortable tour! Great narration by our van driver. Meeting location very convenient by free parking garage. Amazed at how much info is shared on stars homes and Palm Springs. We also appreciated tips on restaurants.

Annette was a great guide…long time resident and very knowledgeable about the Hollywood stars and the homes they owned in the area. Also explained the history and geography of the city. We found the 1.5 hour tour very enjoyable and just the right amount of time.
