It was fantastic & we thoroughly enjoyed the interesting & engaging audio as we drove through the park! It worked perfectly and was nice being able to see our progress and where we were. Make sure to follow the directions & download the app and the tour before you get to the park because there is no service anywhere…as long as you do that, it works exactly as advertised.

Excellent and easy. Great way to combine the drive with hiking and see things that you wouldn’t see with hiking alone.

Couldn't enter at the preselected entry point and it was frustrating to try to catch up with talking points in any sortu
Response from Host, Nov 2024
Ralph, there was some confusion with the entry point. After redeeming the password, you should have access to multiple versions of my Death Valley audio tour in the app, including East Entrance (Death Valley Junction), Furnace Creek Visitor Center, North Entrance (Beatty’s Entrance), and West Entrance (Towne Pass). Be sure to download the version that matches your starting point for the smoothest experience. The good news is my product is valid for a year, so you have plenty of time to try it again. Let me know if you need any help!

Lots of tech difficulties with it.
When I did get it to work it just mediocre.
There ate lots of areas it didn't even mention
Response from Host, Apr 2024
Coleen, I'm sorry to hear you experienced technical difficulties. We strive to cover all significant areas of Death Valley National Park, so I'm concerned that it didn't meet your expectations in some places. Your feedback is crucial for us to improve. Could you provide more details on the tech issues you faced and the areas you felt were missing from the tour? This will help us make necessary updates and ensure a better experience for you and other travelers. We have a wide range of over 100 self-guided tours across the US, and I'd be happy to offer you another tour that might better match your interests. Please get in touch to discuss how we can make this right for you.
We have used audio tours before and loved them but, with no service in Death Valley, we were unable to make it work.
Response from Host, Dec 2023
Jodey, I'm sorry you couldn't enjoy the Death Valley National Park Audio Driving Tour due to the lack of service. It's crucial to download and preview the app and tour beforehand since cell signals are spotty in national parks. If there's anything we missed or if you'd like to try the tour again, remember it never expires, and you can use it on your next visit. Or, if you prefer, let me know via the app, and I'll happily exchange it for one of the other 100+ self-guided audio tours available. Your experience is essential, and I appreciate your feedback to help us improve.
