We really enjoyed the narrator. Very informative regarding the features of Joshua Tree. My only issue was that we went to the 1 mine on the designated map/narrative and when leaving I apparently went wrong. I ended up on some off road lane with no map guidance. So I was a little freaked out. I would have liked for the app to help us get out of the predicament, as it isn't like you can turn around and go back the way you came.

The stories and guide were easy to follow. The tour will pause and restart once you start driving again. Great for those who want to explore Joshua Tree at their own pace. You can use this guided tour multiple times which gives you the chance do each hike on different days.

This tour has really well done narration of the park that follows along with your driving via GPS on your phone. It's well worth the nominal ~$16.

Fantastic way to go through the park. The app matched the locations beautifully. Please make sure you download for best experience as the signal does go out completely go out within minutes inside the park. Loved the stories to accompany the markers, we learned things we wouldn’t have learned otherwise. The kids found it engaging and followed well which is especially helpful in the summer where hikes may be prohibitive due to the heat.

This ap was easy to use, and you can use Bluetooth to play on car speakers. Made our trip much more enjoyable. Can pause the tour to get out of the car if photos or small hikes are wanted. Good price. Will look into other national parks! Our tour took us completely through Joshua Tree National Park, 63 mile tour.

Plenty of fun and helpful facts about what you're seeing. Customizable. Sometimes the timing is off. You might drive up to and trigger the next bit of audio before the current one is done.

You need to know that you have to pay to get in the park. The Park Ranger said that many people get scammed by this.

I’d like to understand where the confusion occurred—was it in the description, voucher, or checkout process? I take “scam” accusations very seriously. The audio worked and is well done. The map disappeared after our first stop and would not come back do that was not as promised. But, the audio did keep up with our progress. Still, though, a job 1/2 done.

The audio tour was very informative, entertaining and accurate. It was detailed enough to be useful at every point throughout the park. And it was an indispensable map that kept us on track to the points we wanted to see. I downloaded to my phone ahead of time, so we didn’t need a cell signal - and it worked well, even in the desolate areas of the park.

I couldn't get the application to work. No one at the information center knew anything about it. The park service offers the audio tour free. I would like a refund.

The fastest way to get help is to contact us directly by email, call, or chat. I send simple setup steps via email and SMS right after booking, including downloading the app and the tour ahead of time, so it works offline in the park. Since you weren’t able to use it, please reach out to us with your booking details between 9–6 EST, and I’ll help right away and arrange a refund.

This was such an affordable and easy to use way to explore Joshua Tree! I had my old dog in the car with me so we couldn’t do many hikes, but the tour seamlessly adapts if there are certain stops you don’t want to make. The information about the park and its history were really superb and were sporadic enough to give plenty of quiet time for reflection in between.

this is an excellent way to see the highlights of the park..we did not take any of the hikes (1-3hours) but stopped many times to see the sights they highlighted. very informative and added a lot to our visit..I had trouble getting the program to start correctly but they were very helpful on a live phone conversation...
