We had an excellent time with our tour guide Jeff Gardner. He has an amazing knowledge of the park and the surrounding area and made us feel right at home as we headed off road. He took us to several areas in the park that we wouldn’t have been able to see if we had just hiked in, which made it an exceptional experience. I would highly recommend this company to anyone looking to see a large amount of the park in a short amount of time.

Starting from Palm Desert you get a full on 5 hour off-roading experience, but starting from the Joshua Tree visitors center like we did you only get 3 hours and with less "serious" off roading. That said, it was perfect for us as we were more interested in the park itself and Ben was a very knowledgeable and entertaining guide. End of the day, we had fun.

Our tour guide, Will, was EXCELLENT. Fun and knowledgeable, he taught us a lot through the tour along with some good laughs. Highly recommend this tour to anyone unfamiliar with Joshua Tree, like us, who want to make the most of limited time inside the park.

My husband, two teenage daughters and I took this tour with Jeff. From start to finish, he was a great tour guide! He had great energy and a ton of knowledge. We really felt like we got to see parts of the park we would have never on our own. All four of us thought this was a highlight of our trip to Palm Springs.

We decided to do the off road experience VS the traditional tour. We were able to see parts of the park that most people don’t. We are definitely glad we went with this option. Our guide, Will, was very knowledgeable and made the experience even better. Highly recommend.

Fun off-road tour with Gale where we went off the beaten path into Joshua Tree via rocky canyons. Gale pointed out the different species of flora and fauna and gave great narration. Great experience that I highly recommend.

Ben was an outstanding tour guide! He was very friendly and extremely knowledgeable about various aspects of the park and the surrounding area. The tour was quite scenic and informative, definitely a worthwhile way to spend the afternoon.
For anyone who's curious, there wasn't really any hiking involved but we did have a few nice opportunities to get out of the vehicle and walk around for a closer look at some features of the park.

It is about three hours before you hit a bathroom and you are on a very bumpy road.
Ben was an amazing guide. He was so knowledgeable and accommodating. We loved it and learned a lot. He also offered drinks and snacks several times.

This was a fun family adventure! We had a great experience doing the off road tour and seeing the park with an experienced guide. Ben, our guide, was excellent! Ben was extremely knowledgeable of the geology and the plant life in and around the Joshua Tree National Park. He provided a history of both with excellent graphic detail. Ben hit all the hot spots a tourist would want to see plus a few that are a little off the main pathways. I would strongly recommend the experience….and ask for Ben!!!

Sarah was a wonderful tour guide! We had a great time exploring the park and seeing the many sights! We were able to see many of the desert flowers because of the recent weather. We highly recommend “doing” the National Parks this way as your experience is so much “deeper “ than just on your own!

We really enjoyed our trip. Kolin was fantastic and very knowledgeable. We met at the Joshua Tree Visitor Center and spent the morning traversing the north section of the park - Both on road and off road. Some of our favorite highlights were the trip to Keys view, the hike around cap rock, and the off road trip along the geology tour road to Squaw Tank. Would highly recommend.

Great Trip.... Jeff was very knowledgeable, a great driver, and did his best to tailor the trip to our expectation's. I cant say anought about how much we enjoyed it. We indeed spent over 5 hours on the tour as advertised, and he was a great driver, going over difficult terrain with a minimum of jolting. The park is HUGE!
